Right from my initial interaction with The Mushroom Emporium, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff are incredibly friendly, and their customer service is outstanding. As a novice in mushroom cultivation, they patiently addressed all my inquiries. Although there was a brief delay with stocking issues, they promptly resolved it, keeping me informed about my order status. The delivery was swift, and I appreciated that the mushroom kit was packaged in brown paper instead of plastic, which is a brilliant choice. The instructions included with the kit are straightforward, and their website offers easy-to-follow guidance as well. Setting up the boxes is simple, requiring no additional items since everything needed is included. Within about a week, the mushrooms began to sprout, and just days later, they were ready for harvest. Watching them grow was thrilling, and picking and cooking them was even more enjoyable. They taste incredible. I've already recommended The Mushroom Emporium to family and friends, as these kits make fantastic gifts for people of all ages. It's also wonderful that the spent compost, box, and brown paper are compostable. As a satisfied customer, I can't recommend them enough.

From the moment of my first contact with The Mushroom Emporium I was impressed. Such great customer service from friendly people. Having never tried to grow mushrooms before, they answered all my questions. A little delay due a problem with stock but this was rectified quickly and I was kept updated of my order. The mushrooms arrived quickly. I was pleased to see the mushroom box was wrapped in brown paper which is such a good idea rather than packaged plastic. The instructions provided were very clear and there are also instructions on their website which are easy to follow. The boxes are easy to set up and no other items are needed, everything is in the box. It took about a week for the first sign of mushroom growth and within the following few days they were ready to pick. It was so exciting to see the mushrooms grow and even more fun to pick and cook them. They taste amazing. I would highly recommend The Mushroom Emporium and I have already recommended to family and friends. These boxes make a great gift for both adults and children. What's even better is the spent compost, box and brown paper can all go into the compost bin. A very happy customer.
