MusicHub is essentially everything you need to publish your music yourself in the 21st century. Especially the kind and professional support and the reliability are the two main factors that made me abandon any other distributor and fully focus on working with the team at MusicHub.

I now have 44 releases with MusicHub, and every single one of them has gone smoothly. Even when I submitted a release on very short notice or made a mistake, the support team responded promptly, professionally, and courteously. Not a single release has ever been delayed or unreliable. The team at MusicHub truly takes excellent care of their customers—better than any other distributor I’ve worked with. And believe me, I’ve tried most of the major ones you can think of!

Suggestion for MusicHub: It would be great if metadata could be entered in more detail. For example, it would be helpful if I could include my mixing and mastering engineer, so they wouldn’t have to manually add it later on platforms like muso.ai. Thanks again for the amazing service!

Der Support, ausschliesslich über einen Chat erreichbar, ist sensationell. Man erhält fast umgehend Antwort und Probleme werden behoben. Vorbildlich. Der Release-Vorgang, ist gut angelegt, manchmal auch geringfügig kryptisch, im Vergleich zu anderen Plattformen sehr angenehm. Es macht Sinn, die Abläufe zu verinnerlichen und daraus eine Routine zu entwickeln. Alle sinnvollen Plattformen werden bedient. Die Komponistensuche über das GEMA-Register ist nicht immer erfolgreich. Wichtig: Alle relevanten Rechte werden ohne Schlupflöcher bedient. Das ist nicht bei allen Aggregatoren der Fall.

The support, which is only available via chat, is sensational. You get an answer almost immediately and problems are solved. Exemplary. The release process is well laid out, sometimes a bit cryptic, but very pleasant compared to other platforms. It makes sense to internalize the processes and develop a routine. The service is free for GEMA members. All useful platforms are supported. The composer search via the GEMA register is not always successful. Important: All relevant rights are served. This is not the case with all aggregators. Conclusion: Excellent.

Im very glad to have found this Distributor Service! Especially as a GEMA member this should be your go to service for distributing your new music... if you are paying already the GEMA membership this service from MusicHub is free and you don't have to pay extra money.

The big plus also ist the support. Very friendly, personal and very responsive. You don't wait more than a few minutes for response even if the task or the issue might be complex. They will give you all help you need.
This will be crucial when you are having to deal with external services like Spotify, Instagram, TikTok etc.

Also the user experience is top notch and comes very intuitive.

I am proudly giving my 5 stars for MusicHub and this will be my distributer service of favor for quite a long time in the future.

I've been using MusicHub since the beginning of 2024 and I'm always impressed by how quickly and effectively my questions are answered by the support team. Even when I entered the wrong date for my next release, they managed to withdraw the submitted release within a day so I could correct everything. Best team ever!

I was looking for a service partner and platform to release music on different streaming platforms from our covers band and our original band. Since we're producing our music completely on our own, I didn't want to go the long way with a label or producer. After some online research music-hub.com picked my interest.
They are offering a all in one solution to manage your releases on all well known streaming platforms. The whole process is implemented in an intuitive manner. Upload your tracks and artworks, fill the meta infos and add lyrics of you want etc.

You are almost taken by the hand on the way to your album or song release with helpful tips along the way. And if you get stuck you can always ask for help directly via email. The response time was never more than a day. That's what I call quality service.

There's also a huge learning and knowledge hub accessible for members that goes a long way in getting your songs out there as quick and professional as possible.

So far, we have release two cover albums and our first single from our original band. Means, you can manage more than one band project with one membership.

For me, MusicHub is a really cool thing. I've been with them for two years and so far every request and every problem has been answered and solved incredibly quickly. The staff are highly competent and super polite :-) What I miss is the option of downloading a list (PDF) with the current releases and the data set associated with each title, but maybe that will come. From a technical point of view, I think all the processes are excellent and the management of albums and singles is simple and clear.

Real people solve real problems. So far the best Service for me to publish my music and I tried them all. A bonus discount is available for GEMA members. Love it ❤️

If just all companies were like this. I really need to calm down a bit, people might think my review has been paid by the compny (what is not the fact), because I am so, so stunned about the customer service. TBH I did not check prices and features of the general offer against other companies, because for me as a member of German GEMA I can use the basic version of Music Hub´s service for free anyways and at the beginning I wanted to have just tiny things done, so I said "So what, It´s free for me anyways, just go fir it". But Now I was blown away. Whenever I have an issue that needs to be solved, or just a question, I get answer real quick, by a real person, I get results real quick, I just am asking myself how can they even manage this... Nevertheless, I have no reason to check with another company. They might be just as good, I don´t know. But it is impossible to find a BETTER company. No way. Big thumbs up

I‘ve been using MusicHub for over three years now and am totally happy with the service they provide and I see no reason to change and every reason to keep using them.
