Youtube Music is my main music platform
I´ve been using YouTube Music for a while now, and it has truly transformed my music streaming experience. The apps vast library ensures that I can find almost any song I want to listen to. What sets it apart is the seamless integration with YouTube, providing me with not only audio but also official music videos and live performances. The personalized playlists and recommendations are spot on, introducing me to new artists and songs that align perfectly with my taste. With its user-friendly interface and offline listening feature, YouTube Music has become my go-to platform for all my music needs.
Utube music is f**king garbage
Utube music is f**king garbage! They keep erasing lots of my downloaded songs f**king idiot! The month was just paid for from my account, but they keep rearranging all my songs the f**king fools. Now so many songs missing! They must want me to search all over for them again, f**king Jerks! I just canceled them, going to Spotify
It was good until...
Youtube bought out google music. Coming from Google music, I had very high hopes. On GM, I purchased lots and lots of music. They promised us Youtube would let us continue to enjoy our own music as we had been, no issues. Then come to find out Youtube started charging me, for a service that was always supposed to be free on Google Music. Once I discovered that they SIGNED ME UP WITHOUT PERMISSION FOR AN UPGRADED ACCOUNT I immediately unsubscribed. So to punish their non-paying user base, they have enacted an annoying feature: not letting you listen to ANYTHING if you want to turn off your screen for battery saving. How else can they bombard you with ads? IDK maybe take a hint from pandora and just use audio? But no, they want to play 15-30 second video ads between every song, and will NOT let you skip before watching, even if it's a song you'd rather bypass. Another greedy, evil cooperation who doesn't give a flying flip about us lowly little people. Thanks for nothing!

Yt music experience
Been using YT music since 2021 and I applied for a student discount. I never experienced any tech issues with it and until now which is a very good for me. However, I wish it has offers more with regards to its playlists. I hope we have the chance to customize like playlist like change the picture and more. I hope there will be some updates also with the interface of YT music. But all in all, the experience is good and even the supports there are friendly and accommodates me in a very professional manner.
Great, and Free
I love using Youtube Music. You can make playlists, and shuffle them randomly, so you get random songs, but you can change the order or remove songs from the queue if you like. You can find practically anything. The ads are short and don't take much time at all. And you can get it all for free. If you like you can pay for a premium to get no ads, with many different plans, including a cheaper student plan, a family plan for up to 6 accounts in a household, and a standard plan. It would be nice without the pop-ups in the corner advertising the premium plans, but it is great. I love using this app, and I would never switch to another music streaming service.
I really love this app ❤️
I really love this app ❤️
It's better for me than Spotify, because when you search for one certain song, YT Music recommend you other similar ones. And sometimes they are really great! So, while you were searching for one song you could add to favourites nearly 5 more 😅
And I do love their playlists!
Where is my music…
I have never been a fan of YT music since it was changed from Google play, but now it's just got worse, I've just done a recommended update and now all my music that I paid for (hundreds of pounds) have vanished, I haven't got one single song left. I'll never use this pile of garbage again, I now use Amazon music and so far it's great.
I have been listening to YouTube music…
I have been listening to YouTube music everyday going to work , coming from work even when I am cooking. I love it. You have got so many choices and even different country languages music that you love. I did a free trail and now I am listening with paid subscription.
Rap is trash
I’m the 1% of people who listen to music almost every hour, so you can trust me.
I don’t mean to insult people who listen to Pop music, but it really is sickening beyond how horrible some of the music is. Music masterpiece? More like garbage.
Have you ever heard the term "s*x, money, and drugs" by rap artists? Despite the fact that they say that everybody says the same thing, they quite literally say the same thing afterwards.
Poems are concise, and the greatest poets don’t even like rhyme or repetition because of how it ruins meaning. There’s only a certain amount of rhyming words you can use with the next line. If you’re trying to use alliteration, there’s even fewer words. Now we only have a couple rhyming words that start with some letter. AllPoetry agrees not to rhyme on their site under forced rhyme.
What does rap and pop do? Repeat the same thing, such as "lalala", and s*x, money, and drugs.
Reddit agrees in the rules of the subreddit listentothis. Under popularity limits, the rules state that less popular songs are better. The world’s got it the wrong way around.
As said, "one man’s treasure is another man’s trash".
Now, I’m exploring Japanese songs, which are more poetic. But these songs are incredibly depressing because they’re relatable and painful. So, not even Japanese songs are safe. They seem to be good at poetry, but because we’re trash at analyzing poetry, they always add their poetic skill where people can’t find them: In the visuals, in the title, or their unpopular song.

Decent
Decent service, lacks many features that Apple Music and Spotify have though.
BEWARE! Will change (increase) payment amounts without warning or explanation.
This company beggars belief. Google is able to extract a payment (for YouTube Music Premium- family) from PayPal for an extra £3/month over the agreed amount of £14.99. It was quite clear from my previous monthly amounts that the amount was the lower figure. Alas, Google weren't interested and rejected my claim for a refund with absolutely no explanation - case closed with no option to query. Tried to argue the case with Google's henchmen (PayPal) but hit a similar brick wall!
As a long-term customer of both Google and PayPal I'm afraid it's time to extract myself from their 'services'!
It’s a Scam!
It’s a scam! I saw a 1 Month Free Trial for Youtube Music Premium and signed up for it. To my utmost horror, I got charged immediately for 1 month! Why did they charge me if it was a free trial?!?
It's just a shuffle-button (should be)...
While Youtube Music being a great application it has some (major) flaws..
1. While using the app certain tracks from my playlist cannot be played. Theres no problems when playing the tracks from a computer. Only the android app.
2. The "shuffle-button" in the bottom playbar is the real flaw, because it should be so easy to fix. It's almost impossible to activate the button with the mourse curser. The button shows no response when it activates while the other buttons (e.g. "repeat") light up.
The shuffle-experience right now is like:
"Click-no.." "Click-click-no.." Click-Click-yes-NO!"
I mean try it yourselves Google dev- It's just not okay.
Besides that I enjoy the service. I hope my review was helpful.

Not bad but I think it needs some improvements. I just prefer a different one for my music library. But overall great experience.
I like YouTube music very much
I like YouTube music very much. There is a really great range and other songs that people "Wish was on Spotify" are on youtube as music and videos come from videos sometimes.
