I dont know why there are so 1 star reviews. Yt music has a very pleasant interface, and often more songs than spotify, because anybody could upload one. And the fact its in the same subscription as y... See more

I was really liking my YouTube music for quite a while. Then they decided to remove songs i had on my download playlists. I've seen some horrible, misogynistic music played on here but they felt the n... See more

I've used this app for years and watched it decline to the point of being completely worthless. The interface plays the wrong song, or plays the same song twice, ignores play/pause half the time; the... See more

I never signed up for their paid service

I never signed up for their paid premium service but they just automatically added it to my account. I have searched everywhere and there is no way to reach them to cancel the subscription. My only option is to cancel my Google Pay which would cancel all the other subscriptions that I actually signed up for and it locks me out of purchasing apps on Google Play going forward. (I still might do it since Samsung started their own Samsung Play and Samsung Pay service.) I am shocked that Google would do this since it does not help their market credibility. And not they will lose me as a loyal customer. (I am so glad I did not switch to Google Home devices! God knows what tricks they have to take my money if I did1) Maybe they have just become too big that they think they can get away with taking people's money without authorization.

My go-to music companion

My go-to music companion. I'm an avid user of Youtube than any site. I'm still loving the platform for both user and creator.

YouTube is awesome...

YouTube is awesome, it can make people that are depressed happy, keep people happy, and so much more. It also helps people follow their dreams, for example I am planning on making my own YouTube channel

so-so

YouTube is the best music, fashion and celebrity news and information out of all the websites available.
But I would like to advertise less. Especially Trump's ad that can't be shut down

Pricy but very enjoyable music product

I reluctantly signed up to YouTube music because I was forced to give up Google Play Music free version (it is being cancelled by end of 2020)
Previously I paid nothing, and now it is ~A$ 18/month I think the price is too high per month.

However, after a few days I'm quite happy, no more adverts watching videos, especially important for my family.
Also, I can keep playing videos on my phone while doing something else on the screen
The biggest surprise has been the automated music suggestions, some really enjoyable tunes discovered and rediscovered.

Youtube

Youtube, is the best video upload platform, and the best music streaming platform. But YT music (Youtube music) is best to music. I have tested Spotify and Spotify plays music that isnt in playlist, random songs that i dont recognize, and that is irritating. Spotify has only max 6 music swap, per hour in free. In Spotify you cant really listen to the whole music in your playlist, you must listen to all musics in your playlist. and deezer and soundcloud cant really have many musics. Youtube is big bigger than Spotify more videos than music in Spotify and when it combines with Youtube music, it has so many songs. The only thing i dont like with Youtube music is that well in Youtube, you cant really listen to music in the background in free version, but hey all companys must earn cash so thats it.
