Excellent service from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and done timeously. My clarinet was sitting unloved in a cupboard so am hoping it goes onto a new player, who will enjoy playing as much as I used to. I have been after a silverburst telecaster for some time and came across one on MM's website. It was described as unmarked and in excellent condition. I phoned and spoke to Geoff who was extremely helpful and he actually played the guitar whilst I was on the phone in order to clarify a minor detail. I agreed to buy it (Friday) and Geoff confirmed shipping (a very reasonable £15) on the following Monday. TNT Couriers were great at keeping me informed of its journey and it was delivered at 10.30 a.m. on Tuesday. The guitar is exactly as described and was very well packaged. 10/10 to Musical Money!

I have nothing but good things to say about my recent purchase from MM. The article, a guitar, was delivered promptly and updates on delivery were received throughout the process. It came well packaged, and as other customers have commented on, string tension was reduced for transport purposes.
After re-tuning to working tension I could tell the strings were already used to being kept at that tension, so they stayed in tune almost immediately.
After a quick first tinkle last night, I think this latest purchase has the potential to become the new favourite in my collection. Playing it just feels 'right'.

even though i wanted low price for them to sell.

Excellent service, guitar arrived following day and as described. String tension reduced for travel, well packaged and even came with the old string box to show string gauge and date changed. Really impressed with the service.

Geoff was very helpful with everything, the whole process only took about a week and the money was in my account the day after I sent my instrument away. Super easy process for the seller, can't recommend this enough.

A perfect transaction with caring, polite staff.
I bought a bass guitar that was 20 years old (ish) but was perfect. The price was the best I'd seen anywhere for an instrument of this type and the purchase process was easy. The bass was listed as having it's original strings so they were obviously due for replacement and I knew this, but they still included a new set of strings. I ordered the bass at 10am one day to receive it by 10am the day after, so the shipping was very good.
I'm professional, and buy lots of instruments for reviews (1 a month) and this was the better experience than any of the big names . . excellent.
I did this review because I had never heard of the company so I was a little worried because of all the scams out there, but I can assure anyone thinking the same thing that they are genuine and great service.
