Musicbed efficiently helped me with an issue on my end. My download failed for a single contract, which can only have one. They told me how their process worked, but they also immediately sought to help me redownload the song I needed. They didn't make me feel stupid or bad by the issue being on my end, but made sure I got everything I needed. I have loved working with musicbed!

I signed up thinking I was getting a month-to-month subscription based on their pricing presentation, only to discover I was locked into a full 12-month contract. When I contacted customer service immediately after realizing this (having only used the service for one month), I was offered zero accommodation.
This appears to be intentional, as they won't allow you to disable auto-renewal until 30 days before renewal (10+ months away). On the other hand, you can click "Keep Subscription" at any time.
I tried to resolve this reasonably, asking to cancel the future subscription charges. Their response was "policy is policy" with no regard for customer satisfaction. When I escalated to supervisor Grant, he told me he "can't do anything mid-subscription." It's the beginning of the second month after I realized I was charged.
They refuse any flexibility, even for customers who contact them immediately.

Thanks for your response. However, your claim about the “significant usage of more than 20 songs” is factually incorrect. I used about 3 songs in my actual projects, which you can verify through your sync ID system or usage tracking.
If you’re counting every download, including songs I tested but didn’t use, as “usage,” that’s misleading. Users need to preview and test music to see if it fits their projects; that’s the entire point of a music service. If there’s a way to test music in projects without downloading it, I’m unaware of it.
The confusion comes to from your pricing presentation, which emphasized monthly.

Frist of all, when you contact them for some individual qoutes like them want you to - it takes literally month for them to reply! If you need a track for your project for an upcomiing event - just forget about it.
Then, when you sign a deal on a mothly basis - there is NO way to cancel payments even if you deside NOT to use any tracks and just want to end subscription. They literally disabled the button on their site and you need to wait and pay the whole year to cancel it. Greed is all they have.
Definitely will not recommend.
