Never delivers on time, bad customer service.
They promise to upload in 48 hrs, or within 5 days if you’re on the free plan. We never used the free plan and still it has taken well over 5 days for them to upload to streaming services. Afterwords they change the time in the report so it looks like it took 48 hours. But my team know it didn’t as we waited for the identification number to show and the yellow “pending” to change. They’ve caused late releases and destroyed the chances to land on Spotify playlists when the music doesn’t show up on time for pitching more than once. Never once have they delivered within 48 hours, not even within 5 days.

They also show you the wrong prices that you’re not supposed to notice and gladly pay. If it wasn’t for the music actually ending up on the streaming platforms eventually, my company would use the word scam. Bet all good reviews are paid for or made themselves. Haven’t seen any good recommendations in music forums about them.

Very good experience with this distribuition

I requested my payment in january of 2024. In June, it still wasn´t paid out, so I sent them an email asking what´s up. They said they want my ID and a payable paypal invoice. I sent them both, and they kept insisting they want a paypale paypal invoice, but I already had sent it. I sent a new one, and now my emails have been unanswered since early september, for 2 months now! I keep sending new emails every 2-3 weeks in hopes of reaching someone, but this company is just a scam. Stay away!

Positive:
The distribution platforms are more than most of the other providers. The interface is easy to use. Timely response on email.

Needs improvement:
Communication skills on email, not the recent emails, but before Oct 4. Especially the reply on Oct 3. I asked a question about Apple music ID, my reply was only "be patient" and my question was not answered. Similar situation happened to me more than once.

Improve Copyright Checks.
Many Songs that are detected for "copyright" sound completely different

Their business model is not to help you earn money but just sit and wait until some of the artists got signed and requests removing the tracks from musicdiffusion. Then their business model comes up, they will charge you around $500 for each track you want to take off.. Scammers.

very responsive and efficient

I lost 40$ for nothing.

I paid 40$ for unlimited plan and guess what? not even a single release of mine can be made after that. it's been almost two weeks and my music hasn't been published yet. there's no warning or any information telling me what happened with my music or at least what i should do. if my music can't be published (due to whatever reason), it will stay unpublished without any notice from them at all.

I don't wanna say this distribution platform is a scam, but based on my experience, it's far worse than that.

Music Diffusion is Spam, i waiting almost 1 year income from them, they even not repaly any more on my mail. DONT GO THERE! SPAM!

Clearly fake reviews and fake company
As soon as I started to make some money my account said "This user isn't active. User blocked" and stopped responding to my emails

Thanks for nothing. Also they want you to send your ID, full Info and Banking details through email??? which is super sketchy, if their email gets hacked all your data will be easily accessible.
Dont distribute here, fake company

Took my payment, but didn't deliver service. I received no contact explaining why and no updates on my submitted tracks.

I tried another service instead who shared the same tracks within a few days with no problems.

We have collaborated with Musicdiffusion since 2022. Previously we had tried several distribution services from other parties until finally we found a service from Musicdiffusion.

By using the Unlimited service, we distribute unlimited songs and artist names with 90% of the income from royalties.

The support service from Musicdiffusion itself is quite fast in responding to all complaints and helping us with all our problems in distributing music from our artists. Starting from the release, metadata changes, monthly royalty reports, even the takedown process went smoothly without any problems, indeed currently we have never withdrawn income from royalties because we have not met the minimum amount for royalty withdrawals.

As a small label from the region, we are quite helped by collaborating with Musicdiffusion.

Hopefully in the future Musicdiffusion's services will continue to improve.
