Well, I contacted MusicDiffusion help when I didn't understand exactly how to submit a song, and not only did they respond quickly, but they answered my many questions, AND they went in and fixed my problem! How is that for service above and beyond? I'm brand new here, but treated like royalty. Very impressive. This is a remarkable company.

Was a bit lost at first, but the customer service was very helpful and quick to respond. Overall, a great platform that provides more than its competitors and for a way better price! I recommend :)

we are individual labels as well as artists.
I have joined SonoiSuite through MusicDiffusion since 2021, after a year of joining I have earned around 6000 euros which is reported on the backstage dashboard of my account on MusicDiffusion, but when I withdraw my earnings I am told that I have cheated, I have explained that we never cheat because we are an official label, even when uploading all my megadata, I always attach all contract letters, both songs and other artists I work with, I have also informed that my youtube account is an official artist account, they still defended their opinion by finally blocking my account on MusicDiffusion unilaterally without paying all my earnings, until now I can't log into my account with all my release terms they still sell them by not paying my earnings.
After I re-investigated it, it turned out that they were really fraudsters by hiding behind the names SONOSUITE and MUSICDIFFUSION, because there were so many complaints from artists and labels who were deceived by them by not paying their income, as well as many bad reviews about SONOSUITE and MUSICDIFFUSION on trusted sites.
so I hereby ask YOUTUBE to help me solve this problem, PLEASE BEST SOLUTION TO GET MY MONEY COLLECTED, and delete all my releases which they are still selling till now.

I would like to thank Music Diffusion for assisting me with the links, however, I think they should improve on stating prices for various stuff such as links and smart links on the dashboard and release dialogue box or page. So that one can understand every cost implicated for a particular release.

since my unlimited subscription, I am fully satisfied with the service. fast distribution, perfect hotline and quick response.

Our release was uploaded to a wrong artist profile mainly due to a mistake from our behalf. Within 24hs, support solved the issue granting a free update.

I tried many online distribuitors in the past and now I'm stickin' with the pros !
This is my 2nd year with the platinum account.
They have from far the best for many reasons:
- fast support: between 1h / 1 day - they really help you if something's wrong
- on platinum account you can distribute how many singles you want and they get live between 1-4 day depends on the site.
- yes, they get only 10% on all of your earnings.
- they upload your song on all music distribution sites ( not like most of them, just a few ), also you have the content id option if you need.
