I really like this Musicful platform
I really like this Musicful platform. This neural network best senses my prompts that I create. I tested quite a few neural networks, and only a few coped with this. Even Suno didn't give me this result. I also want to note the excellent and prompt work of technical support and personally want to express my gratitude to Katherine, from technical support. I promptly received a response from her to all my requests; she is a very polite girl who does her job conscientiously.

The best AI music generator I’ve tried
I’ve tried many AI music platforms — Suno, Udio, and several others. After careful comparison, I consciously chose Musicful and I’m really glad I did.
The sound quality is noticeably better: the vocals sound natural, the mixing is clean, and the music feels alive and professional. The platform is also very convenient to use.
What I especially appreciate is the customer support. They respond quickly and actually listen to users. Special thanks to Katherine — she is always helpful, attentive and truly cares about solving issues.
Musicful is constantly improving, and it feels like the team really wants to make the best product on the market. I will continue using it and recommending it to others.

No credits used, no refund within hours
Nothing done with my credits that I purchased, I asked for a refund the same day (just a couple of hours). I got a reply (from Haylee), and they basically come up with their own policies saying that they only provide refunds when there are technical issues with their service.
I should by any law not even have to provide a valid reason. I not mind the money itself, it’s peanuts, but this way of doing business is incorrect.
Will have my lawyer in the US send a formal request to them after the weekend.

The response I received from support (specifically from Dora) regarding my Musicful subscription was super fast. I enjoyed using Musicful which I find very user-friendly for a non-musician like me. I changed my subscription from weekly to monthly auto-subscription. I look forward to creating more songs using Musicful.

Helpful Support and Clear Clarification
I was initially confused about how the commercial licensing worked for songs generated during a paid subscription because I received mixed explanations at first. Elsa took the time to clarify everything properly and explained that the ownership and commercial rights remain mine permanently for songs created during an active plan, while only access to re-download files and licenses is affected after expiration.
I appreciate the patience, professionalism, and willingness to clear up the misunderstanding. The clarification gave me much more confidence in using Musicful for my projects.
