I recently started using Musicful, and it's a fantastic music production platform! The interface is very user-friendly, suitable for everyone from beginners to professionals. Its audio editing and mixing features are especially powerful! Maisie's responses were also very quick! A great company!

I was really impressed with the audio quality and the interesting melodies this AI can generate. The sound is top-tier. However, for my specific professional project, I found the platform a bit limited in terms of granular AI control (specifically over percussion and structure).

On the other hand, the company proved to be very reliable and truly customer oriented. A special thanks to Elsa from technical support - she was incredibly professional, understanding, and helped me resolve my issue quickly with a full refund. It’s rare to see such a dedicated support team. I’ll be keeping an eye on their updates as the tech evolves!

Response is always very fast,the same day otherwise the following day, and always tries to help if possible. Haylee was very quick of the mark to render assistance.

So disappointed: I made the mistake to subscribe for 1-year to their app but what a surprise to discover that when you upload an audio you created yourself (FL Studio inmy case) or if you record a melody using your mic, Musicful will absolutely not respect the melody, so what is the use of doing this then? In other apps such as Suno, you can do the same, and then choose/force the app to follow your uploaded melody with more or less accuracy (in fact, from 0 to 100%). nothing of that sort with Musicful: I would say your melody is reproduced with around 10% accuracy, the rest is NOT from you. So there I perfectly understand the critics agains AI: your role is just to push a couple of button and hope for the best, human impact is near zero. I don't get why the review are so high...unless you want to use this as a juke-box.

This is the second time I am writing a review, and unfortunately, it is also the second time I feel disappointed.
I have a lifetime subscription that includes 4,000 credits per month. Last month, I used only a small portion of my credits and decided to save the remaining balance (around 3,500 credits) so I could use them together with the new monthly credits after renewal.
Today, when my credits were renewed, the new 4,000 credits were not added to my remaining balance. Instead, my total credit balance was simply reset to 4,000 credits, meaning that all unused credits from the previous month were lost.
Experiencing this kind of issue for the second time is extremely frustrating. It is very important for customers to carefully read the Terms of Service before purchasing, especially regarding whether unused credits roll over or expire. At the same time, I strongly believe the website has a responsibility to clearly and transparently communicate these conditions during the purchase process to avoid misunderstandings and repeated disappointment.
I truly hope the company reviews this policy or, at the very least, makes the terms much clearer for future customers.
