I've purchased all 3 of Chris Haigh's violin courses (Rock, Jazz, and Country styles). He's an excellent teacher. I love his approach. It's technique-oriented, rather than theory or tune-oriented... See more

Loving the Paddy Milner nola course.
I am loving the nola piano course with Paddy Milner. I cant sight read music but as a result of spending regular time on this course I am pleasantly suprised at how much better I can read now. The music player functions are great. Paddy is a great teacher. I will definately be doing more courses in the future. Thanks Paddy and Music Gurus.

I recently purchased the Guy Chambers songwriting course. Really good incite to how he works. I liked the way he opened the sessions in pro tools and was able to solo some of the tracks. The section were he got the session singer in to go through the songs was a nice touch. It's also a great feature that the sheet music is included. I am a songwriter and recently got into recording and production, so I found this course super helpful and informative.

Phenomenal customer service.
I ordered a course that I quickly realized wasn't what I was looking for, and asked for a refund. MusicGurus was quick to respond, suggesting alternate titles that might fit my needs. As I'm currently working on a few other things, I declined that offer, and they immediately refunded me, with absolutely no difficulty. Phenomenal customer service, and I'll be ordering another course as soon as I figure out what I want to focus on.

Choose MusicGurus for Blues/Boogie Piano
I would recomend this to everyone who want to learn blues piano. Tim Richards 2 courses for beginners break down the subject meticulously in theory, fingering, technique, hand independence, language etc
.Paddy Milner courses ( the intermediate ones) focus more on the blues legends vocabulary and embellish them further to create "exercises"/phrases.
I've recently established a practice journal and feel
progress and ambition thanks to MusicGurus.
5 stars to the curriculum and a impeccable customer
support!

Hello Everyone.

Good customer service.
A large variety of good courses. The first course I signed up for I realized was too advanced. So I contacted MusicGurus and within a day or two, they gave me credit towards another course, which I’m finding more suitable for me. It’s just weird the advanced course didn’t come with chord sheets/sheet music etc., and I had to email musicgurus to get them, which should have automatically come with the course. Other than that, an overall good service. Thanks.

Music gurus: A brilliant source of inspiration and guidance!
Music Gurus has been one of the most positive music experiences of my life. Thanks to Music Gurus I have been able to immerse myself in the authentic styles of Blues and Boogie Woogie Piano. I cannot speak highly enough of my tutor, Paddy Milner. His ability to explain clearly, provide cultural context, and break down the genuine 'nuts and bolts' of various piano styles is brilliant. I have purchased all his courses and they have been a constant source of guidance and inspiration for me. Being able to return to any lesson at any time is a great benefit. Thank You so much Music Gurus...and somebody please give Paddy Milner a knighthood!
A reason to believe.
There isn't much reason to write a long review. If you have a passion to play you came to the right place. These people give you the tools you need to communicate the music in your heart. It's not a free ride but if you're willing to work ... then maybe tomorrow you'll have a reason to smile. '
P.S. - Paddy Milner and Stefan Grossman are the best.
P.P.S. - I don't read music well, but I've gotten much better.
Thank you.
Video Course Content
Videos are ok and a lots of info but is not a proper music course that can used be used to study piano or organ at least for me
I could not have done it better myself ;-)
I could not have done it better myself! ;-)
Keep on going strong. The only courses I did not enjoy at all and did not even think of following were the Harmonica Courses of Mat Walklate both because of their content and shape. There is nothing to improve there, but this is merely a personal oppinion, do not take my word for it: some other students might think different.
What I enjoy with the other courses you have are their charismatic, lovely, friendly GREAT teachers llike Paddy Milner and Tim Richards! They have become great friends to me, even if the digital relationship is single-sided.
What I like less is a tehnical issue: I have big problems following the videos in hi-res, because at some point they always loose the synchronisation between Picture and Sound. Sometimes even the worst possible resolution is choppy so that I had to make recordings of lessons I frequently use and then play them back if I am lucky of having recorded one that runs smooth.
It is NOT my internet connection: I am most confident of having a very, very good and fast one. And after all, I do not, I never need HiResolution and I am very, very happy with the lowest one. And it is not my PC either.
Other music lessons I take from other internet sites flow without a flaw: for example the courses from
tomlinharmonicaschool.com.
They are great, run very, very smooth, even if I must confess: they do NOT BY FAR offer so many interactive features like yours. But the videos run straight, steady and are of a very good quality. This is why my comparation might be unfair and I did not intend it as an offence, but just for you to understand what my problem is. I can live very well with your videos, it is just so that I have to tame them in order to be able to view them.
Thank you for your splendid offers!
