Fast delivery and great books. Hope they will have an even broader range of instruments in the future.

Good product and customer service

The delivery of my order took some time but eventually came, so no worries if you’re still waiting.

The books came with damage, I sent photos to their customer service and they sent me a replacement. But the content looks good and is good to refresh, or learn the basics of music theory.

All by all, good product, good customer service, but a long shipping time.

Too Basic - Missing key info.

Expensive book for learning guitar theory - first chapter, ‘go learn this elsewhere.’ No links to resources, nothing. Easily could have included it. I’m a decent player and was looking at this for students, but it doesn’t even have all the basics like finding octaves. They also refused my refund.

Buyer beware

First of all, they either ship or drop-ship from China, so shipping takes a while. Second, I purchased the fret board stickers. They were ok towards the nut, but as I got closer to the body, the stickers began to extend past the board. They didn't leave any residue on the fretboard, but they also didn't stick very well.
Finally, I ordered the PDF of Music Theory for Guitar. There was part of a sentence, (maybe more?) and the page number that were missing from about page 20, I noticed by reading to page 25. I'm not sure how much of the content is missing. I sent a request to their "customer service" email and received no reply, it's been several weeks.

I wouldn't recommend this product.

Bass theory simplified

I ordered ‘Bass theory simplified’ and I’m more than satisfied with the purchase. Shipping time was a little bit longish, but everything else is in order. The book quality is top notch. It was packed in a high quality bubble envelope so it came intact.

Missing item, poor customer experience, extremely slow delivery

I ordered two books, one as a gift for my friend and one for myself. They only delivered only one of them despite charging me for both.

Support team was not responsive at all, and I had to raise this on their sponsored instagram post to get their attention.

Delivery was EXTREMELY slow. From Netherlands to the UK, it took two weeks to arrive (ordered on 2nd Jan, arrived on 13 Jan). For comparison, goods from China arrive faster than this.

No ETA has been provided at the time of the checkout. Had I known this before, I wouldn't have ordered in the first place.

Bad experience

Bad experience, I bought the mouse pad for an audio engineer and it still hasn't arrived. I've been waiting for about 2 months. I think they are scams and they stole my money.

I live in the same country as this…

I live in the same country as this company, 2 weeks later still no product. The website says my order has been completed, but the postservice says they never received the package. Only a shipment number was created. Obviously a scam

The shipping was terrible

The shipping was terrible. It was a long and anxious wait with over a month to get to Australia, with only sporadic tracking.
With “free shipping” I thought this was great, but to have no idea where your parcel
Is, only to see it’s been sitting in France or Switzerland for over a week at a time with no movement, is stressful when you are waiting on something. I was very nervous I would miss my boyfriends birthday despite ordering a month in advance.
I didn’t get tracking numbers until I’d emailed to follow them up after a week or so, and even then when the product finally arrived (1 item out of about 5) I had to email them again at that point to ask if there was a se one package and get a second tracking number.
Some products are cool and unusual, but others quality was just ok. I wouldn’t shop here again.

No thank you

Service sucks. My item didn't arrive in time and they had the nerve to offer me a 10% discount on a future order like I'd ever purchase anything else from them.
No thank you

Bad service

I ordered the mixing mouse pad and I received a complete wrong item. I emailed them regarding the issue and was told they would send the right item, it's been over a month, I've emailed, called and received no reply.
When you buy an item such as a template, the download link never works. It's only when you email them, that they send the item as an attachment. I do NOT recommend buying anything from them as they are very unprofessional. I regret spending my hard earned money with this company
