Requested a visit from Chris who installed my audio/ visual Control 4 systems over 5 years ago to adjust / update / incorporate new features for ready access and now I am well impressed with updated systems.No hesitation in utilizing this company on future projects as technical abilities and features are phenomenal.

Words can't begin to express how impressed I am by Music in Every Room. From the first speculative conversation through to the purchase and delivery of our chosen set up (Eissound Premium BT with 4 speakers) Martin has been absolutely brilliant. He was even on hand to talk our kitchen installer through the installation process with clear instructions and a positive attitude (so the kitchen installer said).

When I first phoned, I wasn't quite sure what I wanted but Martin talked me through the pros and cons of the 2 and 4 speaker set ups. And even today, more than a month after we completed our business, Martin was able to resolve a minor issue and get a turntable up and running on the system.

In short, the equipment is well priced and intuitive to use. The speakers sound fabulous and the customer service is second to none. Go to Music in Every Room and put a great big smile on your face.

Bathroom speakers fitted by our bathroom installers but didn't work properly and they didn't seem to think anything was wrong, after emailing music in every room. Martin went above and beyond to sort the issue out. Now working perfectly. Thank you so much. I have a happy husband.

Met Martin at a Homebuilding conference prior to building our house in 2017. So glad I did. His advice and suggestions prior to our build led to us installing music systems throughout the house which we use on a daily basis and provides fantastic quality of sound.
When we subsequently decided to install a cinema room, we asked Martin for advice and a quote for an integrated surround sound system. Again top quality advice and equipment and fantastic after sales help. We are in the Isle of Lewis so it was supply only and had to rely heavily on phone calls and emails to understand each component. Nothing was too much trouble and we are delighted with the outcome. Excellent service and price. Music in every room delivered a full house Music, TV, CCTV and Ethernet network four our new build. Compared to other quotes received during tours at the NEC (grand designs / house exhibition) they were far cheaper but still quality. They provided a full house design to cater for our needs and delivered / installed the full system over two visits. Since then we have enjoy music around the house and decking via the NUVO system, and TV systems linked across the house. We have had a couple of issues with local power issues causing faults but Chris at Music in every Room has provided excellent service to get up back up and running. Fully recommend

Chris Parlour came to replace/update the NuVo system and change the wall plates for better functionality. On time, polite, tidy and good explanations on how to operate. Great customer service & highly recommended. Whilst here Chris willingly helped sort a few extras jobs for us. We are now looking at doing more with Music in every room!

We have a newly refurbished property and recently installed Virgin Fibre. Hard wired wi-fi boosters and Sky Q in three rooms were working only intermittently and were causing much frustration! After contacting MIER Chris attended after only a couple of days, identified several problem areas immediately and fixed them all very quickly. System now works perfectly! Thank you!

Fantastic company with very helpful staff. Answered my questions before purchasing a system then great advice when it came to install and commissioning. Will be buying from again soon.

During lockdown my wife and I have had to move to permanent home working. However, our Wifi signal is not strong enough on our home offices, meaning we have had to walk into our front room to connect manually to hold video calls. This was unprofessional. MIER provided a solution of taking cables around the side of our house and into our offices which now provides as good signal as plugging into the router downstairs. This has reduced my stress level at work by around 90% as I now have fast and effective internet where I need it!

We were struggling with unstable WiFi signal and hotspots around the house. Chris provided excellent advice to use Ethernet cables and switches to provide a wired connection from the ‘bandwidth-hungry’ devices directly to the router, with the result that the WiFi was able to cope much more readily with the remaining devices. The installation was very neat and tidy. Overall, an excellent experience and professional and efficient service.

Recently employed MIER to do a substantial upgrade of our multi room TV & music system and WIFI throughout our home. Very impressed with knowledge, service and attitude of Chris who dealt with us from start to finish. Installation was very smooth and professional and Chris went "above and beyond" my expectations on numerous occasions.

Great service and support. Until we met Chris, we had a terrible system with poor connection and performance. It was so frustrating and I felt totally at sea with our system. Chris tidied up the system and the wires. Now everything connects, even the cinema room works (finally).

I contacted them initially through their website after a google search. Wanted to repair / update my existing system. Chris got back to me very quickly and explained what options I had with no nonsense. Sorted out a new WiFi streamer over phone and email and it was delivered to me within a couple of days. Great system and good back up service.
I carried out a self build and fitted ceiling speakers in one large open plan room and separate lounge. This system can be Bluetooth to your phone and music can be played. The sound is brilliant. I have had so many people ask where I got this system from as the sound is so good.
Also the company can answer any queries I had and is so good with explaining everything. Also very good value for money.
