Took almost 2 weeks to get my order

Took almost 2 weeks to get my order. I needed one of the items by a specific date, it arrived the day after I needed it.

I specifically ordered more than a week in advance to give plenty of time. I had to follow up after a week with not even tracking update. When I got in touch with them after more than a week they said 'the item just arrived in store'. It was listed as in stock on their website when I ordered it. If it was out of stock, I would have expected to told this and when the ETA is. They presently only have 1 store so, and I don't think it takes 1 week to get it from wherever they were waiting for it to come from. I honestly think they either forgot my order entirely or they didn't think to update me on what's happening.
