The website is the worst ever?
The website is, I wish I could swear here, but I can’t, and shouldn’t, but GD, the website is a NIGHTMARE. Slow, broken, illogical, unnecessarily complicated. It’s worse than you can imagine, even registration threw up totally avoidable idiotic roadblocks. Registering a $35 TC Tuner took, I am crappin’ you negative, 1-1/2 hours. How is this allowed? Are GD chimps running this website?
They deserve negative stars.
Honestly, I wish I could provide negative stars. My experience starts on August 21, 2022, my GoXLR broke and I immediately went to the TC-Helicon discord and got ghosted there so I was desperate and decided to submit a service ticket and I mailed my device off and once again, completely ghosted. There is no support and they feign providing support but in reality it doesn't exist. I went into this oblivious and now I'm angry. I still haven't gotten updates or anything, instead of dealing with Music Tribe directly I will be contacting the "servicing center" they had me send my GoXLR to. This experience was/is horrendous and I recommend people stay away from Music Tribe in any capacity.
Zero customer service
I needed a LF driver for my Turbosound iQ12, made one ticket where they (surprisingly) answered to ask more from my national importer (Verkkokauppa.com).
Verkkokauppa is unable to get any information either, even thought they are national importer. What a joke!
Created a new ticket which was automatically marked as solved without any response. Again what a service. It's been now almost half an year and nothing has happened inside Music Tribe.
Absolute waste of 3000€ for a service like this.
You Won't Get any Support from Them
If you want support from this shower, forget it. There website is circular in that whichever link you use eventually returns you to where you started. This company has no intention of supporting the products they are supposed to be underwriting. Probably because they are fully aware of the "quality" of there far eastern products and know that they will fail in a very short time after purchase. Shame on them, the companies that stock their products and the Youtubers that sing the praises of their products (probably paid to do so).

First the website is slow and unpleasant to use.
You register products, you open tickets and you never receive any answer.
Then you have to open a discussion on the forum to reach somebody. You talk about all the issues you meet on the website and nothing change.

honestly wish i could give negative reviews, music tribe has 0 support, how it works is you contact service center which in usa are few and most dont have access to them without shipping, some wont sell you replacement parts, and the ones that do say it is 3 to 6 months to get parts in. on top of that you know a company is bad when even their authorized service centers are complaining about service, one person at one of the service centers told me he had a person with a behringer product still within warranty and they could not get the parts to fix it so the customer was going to have to replace his new behringer product. my advice folks is before buying music product make sure it is NOT one of those that falls under the music tribe umberella ( like behringer or tc electronics) if you do be warned you will have NO warranty and NO customer service or support. all you will find with music tribe is you wasted your money on inferior junk that you will just have to replace, im giving you all the heads up now. the ONLY way to fix this problem with music tribe is to hurt their bottom line, and there is a reason the only place still a dealer is sweetwater sounds ( yeah guitar center who is known to be the worst store ever dropped music tribe brands from their stores).
Beyond hopeless.
This site is administered by bots or people who are so geeked up they are more concerned with the "engine" of the site than it being of any use.
Searching on literally any brand, product, keyword or other reference takes you to unnavigable menus and sub menus, sorted on no kind of logic, which means scrolling and clicking on links that lead to pages that deal with evreything, except the issue you are having with the product.
It makes one wonder if the site is designed to be obstructive to push purchasers along the road of expensive repairs.
A 3 year old could design and operate a better reference site than this garbage.
Music tribe of no integrity
The paper work in the box explained how to register you free three year warranty,so I proceeded to do this .date of sale seriel numbers off. The boxes etc both amps bought off DV 24 web site .after a number of weeks they emailed me saying my warranty was invalid because I had no proof of purchase .it's there product all the information they asked for I gave at the time .the truth is they were just making life awkward I no longer had. The receipt for either amp as I thought they are now under warranty.i felt like I had been scammed by them .be aware after redgisting your product keep your records .the truth is there is no three year warranty, music tribe ,music con men more like .

Registered to the music(scam) tribe- had to answer a boat load of marketing questions-
had trouble registering for 40 minutes.
only to find there is no customer support.
found a number a number for the "rip off tribe" in Las Vegas, Nevada.
after about ten rings it just cut off.
Maybe there out gambling in one of the casinos out there with a gambling addiction?

I have sent 3 emails for help with a Behringer product and have gotten no response. I would have expected much better support for an international company that offers such a wide range of audio products. This is very disappointing. I am glad my issue is mostly cosmetic and the product works at least.

Incompetent technical support
They've taken over service for behringer. It's taking them 6 months of emailing back and forth and they still can't just say what kind of sustain pedal will be a suitable replacement for one of the digital pianos that they manufacture. Completely incompetent. And really it's Behringer's fault for outsourcing their service to these guys.

Probably the WORST company I have ever dealt with.. LOOK at their 1 star reviews and they do NOT care. I have TC Electronic amp by them and they will not let anyone have their schematics so you have to go to their authorized repair shop. The part is backordered they cannot tell me if it is a week or a year to arrive. They will NOT answer the phone. HOW can a company this bad stay in business. It is beyond belief. Would rather go to the dentist and post office the same day than to try and work with them. They are TERRIBLE!!!
