Awful experience

Awful experience, rude unprofessional staff, made a hole in my eyebrows. Also, she was very harsh. I had redness and itchiness in my upper lip and brows.

WARNING TO ALL LADIES and BEAWARE of the Unprofessional, forceful and threatening and potentially racist employees working at Muskaan Brow bar W12 8PP.

Just went to the Shepherds Bush, London Muskaan Brow Bar W12 8PP branch in the W12 Shopping Centre.

I asked the eyebrow beauty therapist, who happened to be Muslim how long she had been shaping eyebrows? She took immediate offence.

She did not even ask me why I asked this question. I have had my eyebrows shaped very poorly for my face shape. You would think she would realise this as all female customers are conscious, as when any treatments are for their face - one wrong move with shaping eyebrows, we have to fully grow the eye brows out to get them back to the correct natural shape. Who wants to walk outside with bushy eyebrows?

She then had the audacity to complain to her colleagues, as she "hates" [her chosen word] being asked such questions and refused to shape my eyebrows. She could not even tell me this to my face that she would not shape them! She left the back door of the team colleagues office open, so I could hear her calling me derogatory names and sharing the incident with her colleagues.

Then the Asian Chinese male colleague employee who was wearing a cap as he had just come to work came on to the shop floor after a full 10 minutes and forcefully and threatening told me to leave. He walked behind me very close to me towards the exit of the store doors. He even raised his arm and hand to the exit sign and continued to shout, There were no other female employees on the shop floor, both of them obviously including the eye brow beauty therapist were at the back of the shop.

There was another young male colleague at the nail station, which was closer to the team colleague office, which is at the back of the store. He had his phone in his hand.

All this traumatic experience because of one simple question. You maybe questioning my reference to the ethnicity remark. I have pointed this out because I am wondering whether she would have treated another Muslim female customer like she did me?

I happen to be an Indian Sikh woman, and I am very inclusive of all races, castes and cultures. Should I receive a reply from this branch they will not address this point either! In fact the point will be overlooked.

The Muslim community already have a negative picture painted in the media of their religion and the ongoing terrorist attacks across the world. You would think they would want to change this picture in the media, customers, young people eyes and so forth. Clearly this ethos is lost on this branch. I am not stating that all Muslim people are the same and have the same behaviours and attitudes that I experienced this morning. Until the question is answered, recognised and the reply is honest and transparent I will be left wondering...

Appalling service and an unprofessional beauty therapist and an threatening, forceful and intimating Asian Chinese employee work at this branch.

Neither of the employees gave me an opportunity to explain why I asked her such a question. I had even considered apologising to her for offending her and explain why I had asked this question.

I have already left feedback on several external websites, sharing my experience and telling all Sikh ladies to boycott all Muskaan Brow Bar stores and the brand. They seem to be hiring unprofessional, racist, threatening, forceful and intimidating employees

I have used this branch a number of times and never ever have the beauty therapists acted so unprofessionally. The fact the Asian Chinese colleague employee forcefully and threatening "threw" me out of the branch is a traumatic experience that I will never forget and now I will actively boycott this branch and brand!!!

Terrible nail technicians!

They ruined my manicure, and while I was trying to give suggestions, their master was incredibly rude with me. After me saying I will complain to the manager he told me "I am the manager, what are you going to do?". I told I will not pay and then older technician run to me and forcefully put me into chair of another technician. I did not feel safe.

Best penticure treatment I had 😁

Went there for penticure treatment and unexpectedly had a great time at tne leicester branch on Granby street. My soles which were dry were clean and my baby after the scrub felt soft like I was a baby again. Used a Groupon discount but they're very cheap honestly for the treatment I received.
Shutout to Lidia for her work and the rest of the girl who made me tea while waiting. 🙌

Customer Service - Poor

I booked the acrylic nail enhancement service. The staff member who did my nails was quite rude - I showed them a photo of the length I wanted my nails and the type of filing I was after - they did the complete opposite and huffed and puffed when I asked for the acrylic nails to be cut shorter (my nails were super short but I didn’t want long nails either, just enhancements to add a little length). When I wasn’t happy with the filing and showed the photo of what I wanted, again I was met with rudeness. The member of staff didn’t seem too bothered about the service they provided and at times was checking messages on their mobile phone. I got the impression they just wanted me in and out of the door.

I left the salon with decent looking nails, but I noticed the gel polish was blotchy on some nails. I also refiled my nails when I got home because what I left with certainly wasn’t what I asked for. I wouldn’t recommend unfortunately and wouldn’t go back there again.

Went to the Muskaan in Lewisham closest…

Went to the Muskaan in Lewisham closest to the Krispy Kreme stand. Upon walking in there were 4 staff members on their phones and nobody bothered to engage with me, when I asked if I could please get my eyebrows threaded they just said no and went back to their phones. I've literally never seen such a rude and unhelpful bunch of employees. You would think at least 1 would say hi can I help you, but nothing!!
