Alhumdolilah my experience is very good it took approximately 4 months to installed hand pump they sent me email with picture certificate.

Always show proof of your donation with pictures. Every years I donate a water pump and receive pictures of my pump donation as proof.

I donated a hand pump on behalf of my father who passed away in 2022. Alhamdulillah, the process was smooth and the pump was installed within the time given. I gave the sadqah in January 2023 and received an email with a certificate attached at the end of May 2023. Thank you for all your help, may Allah accept all your good deeds. Jazakallah

I don't trust this charity. Rang all day to make a donation yesterday. Alhamdulillah Allah protected me from giving my money to them. They saw many calls from me as i was desperately trying to get hold of them and blocked me where phone had engaged tone. I firstly thought they may be busy but then rang from another number and it rang . Shows their character and way they deal with people. Should be ashamed of themselves.
I pray that charity individuals have donated has gone to where its meant to. Only Allah swt knows . I shall be contacting charities commission.
May Allah swt protect us from fake charities and people. Makes me wonder how much of charity gets distributed and how much pocketed.

One of the best charity I've come accross, trustworthy & straight forward. I donated a hand water pump which was installed within the time frame. They provided me with pic, certificate & address of where the pump was installed. Also responded to my email prog chasing the status of my order. I will surely donate with them more often.

The website was simple and many options available to choose from. I opted for various causes and the hand pump. Hand pump was installed within the time frame given. Certificate and photos were provided on completion. I did expect the certificate to be more certificate like alas would definitely recommend to use this charity.

I had a good experience donating here for Ramadan. I was able to donate a hand pump in the country I wanted and they provided me official paperwork for it and a picture! It's definitely rewarding to see the final product of the donation. Will be donating a hand pump next year as well!

I had a good experience using Muslim Charity website. It is trustworthy. The water pump installation project is a successful project. I was provided a schedule that shows when work will be performed and I was kept upto date. I am really satisfied with the outcome.

A blessed charity indeed & May Allah swt continue to shower his blessings upon them eternally. Had a very good experience with them. They’re prices are affordable for hand pumps -£150 when other charities charge £180+. Excellent customer service - Mr Zagham Ali helped me. I had an enquiry about a donation. They replied a day after and provided me with a heart warming picture of my donation being used by the community it was implemented into. I’m lucky I got the opportunity to donate and make a change in someone’s life thanks to Muslim Charity.

Very nice and the water pump was done right at 6 months. This is a great way to donate on behalf of yourself or a loved one who has passed. My water pump was built in the name of my grandfather who passed away (allah yerhama). Thank you
