Not sure what is going on here but the quality of the curator offers is a joke. Playlists with 7 saves, spammy text that you'd see in a Telegram chat offering to post to bot accounts on TikTok.

This isn't just isolated to 1 or 2 accounts, it's every single one and the pattern is so predictable it looks like it's automated bots. Musosoup's payment system is pay first find out later, and I've found out that this is somewhere between a scam and incredibly disingenuous.

Not a single reputable curator to be found on the platform, not a single playlist where you would want your music to be featured, and these good reviews now look incredibly suspect.

Either people's bar for marketing and quality is in hell, or this is for sure a scam, will never use or recommend again.

Stay away.

​In a perfect space-time continuum, right after highlighting some issues on another well-known platform, I find myself reviewing my experience on Musosoup.
​In my opinion, based on the data from my current campaign, the problem here is glaring: I have the distinct impression that the vast majority of curators do not even bother reading the Pitch or the Artist Bio the artist takes the time to write. I received dozens of proposals that appeared to be predefined, "cast-a-wide-net" messages.
​The result is getting offers for "dump" playlists (some even 18 hours long) or blogs that are completely off-target for my genre and my musical approach, despite it being clearly stated in my profile. After analyzing and rejecting numerous carbon-copy offers, my feeling is that there is a total lack of genuine artistic selection. I’m giving 1 star as an encouragement because the platform's concept is good, but quality control over curators and respect for the artist's work must absolutely improve. ;-)

Musosoup was easy to understand and quite reasonable in that it suited my budget. I got more than what I was looking for!

What sets Musosoup apart from the pack is the hidden gems. Publications that niche down and serve a smaller audience. What they lack in website traffic is a filled to the brim with genuine passion for quality soundtracks in their selected sub-genres. They are ready for action if you pack the punch. If the music submission bangs? You'll get MORE than enough for the buck when the smoke clears.

Great service, provides exactly what they claim. Fair price, good feedback system, good system for keeping quality associates accountable. Would definitely recommend using if you are seeking press for your project.

It is quite personalised attention if you have issues, questions or doubts regarding uploading your material. If you want your music outside your own studio Musosoup is with no doubt the best option.

I have found Musosoup to be the best way to get reviews and playlisting. Easy to set up a campaign for a complete album, then just await the offers. No guesswork or tokens, no lottery regarding acceptance, and not having to list song-by-song. I later tried a PR Company and got about 20% results compared to Musosoup at about 4 times the cost.

Musosoup is a great tool for promotion, especially for contacting press & blogs. I wish it was available years ago because I would have saved a lot of money! If you're an indie artist/musician, Musosoup is a must for promoting your music. Highly recommend!!

This is a really nice and helpful platform. It works smooth, the priecing is reasonable.

My experience has been great with this one. The costumer service is awesome and the campaigns are good. Reliable and I like that I can see the curators.

Honestly after paying the first amount for a campaign that lasts only 21 days I expected better offers and more coverage. As a small independent artist I blew most of my campaign budget if not all of it to not get any streams and no exciting offers that fit my vibe and my budget. I wanted to use this website for my other 11 songs coming this year, but I won't be coming back, it's not worth it. Be careful before you pay the first payment.
