They didn’t publish my negative review

They didn’t publish my negative review! Their organic hydrating cream packaging left my hand with a bunch of cuts because of the sharp edges + force required to open it. I expected a response from them to investigate this packaging. I have never in my life had this happen where each time I open a product my skin is scraped and bleeds. SO dangerous! Unfortunate because I liked the product, but horrified about the packaging.
