Great shopping experience

Great shopping experience. Got the part quickly but I ordered the wrong part and it was my fault. Customer service was excellent in taking care of my problem.

very well pleased

This was my first order with Mutton and it will not be my last , they called to verify my order because of my mistake , then it arrived about 2 days sooner than I expected , very satisfied. Would and have recommended them to others.

I ordered 4 items for my almost one…

I ordered 4 items for my almost one year old mower, using the model of my mower. Two of the items were incorrect! I could not use those two items on my mower, and had to shop elsewhere for the correct parts.

Ernie worked with us on a 4052R

Ernie worked with us on a 4052R, loader, disc and grapple.
We would trade at United Ag and Turf in Magnolia Arkansas again.
Joe in the Parts Department is also tops.
Give them a shot on any new equipment purchases.

I brought my snowblower in for a repair…

I brought my snowblower in for a repair recently. The snowblower was originally purchased at the store. They repaired it I was able to use it for a very short time before breaking. Took it back and they tried to charge me A phenomenal amount of money more! They said that something must’ve gone wrong since the unit left the shop! We barely used the unit actually we used our son machine in conjunction with ours. so in essence we used our “repaired“ unit for approximately 30 minutes before it malfunctioned. I would never trust the store with repairs in the future!
