Awful company applied for loan had agent come out said I would hear from them the following day this didn’t happen tried ringing no very helpful agent wasn’t very nice to glad I never went with them the agent who deals with Aylestone Leicester is very rude

Really wish there was an option for zero stars.
A relative with zero income has now been talked in to accepting loans by the agent at over 100% p.a. interest rate - they will NEVER be paid back but the company says it is a hire purchase so no matter they will keep chasing payments then demanding the goods back as well.
This sort of company belongs in the dustbin of history - I have no clue how it is allowed to continue to operate with agents preying on the most vulnerable in society creeping around the worst housing seeking those most in need then tying them in to more than 100% interest rate deals they will often never escape from.
Well known among citizens advice experts - PLEASE walk in to your local CAB BEFORE signing anything to try to get help from a more reputable lender

Con artists.
My girlfriend had a loan with them - her ex boyfriend had a TV on buy now pay later with them. When they split - he took the TV and didn’t pay any money towards the debt. My girlfriend kept paying her debt but unbeknown to her the agent was splitting HER money, and putting HALF onto her ex boyfriends account without her knowledge or permission. Once we clocked this I managed to get a video of the agent admitting to this, then called the company and threatened legal action - long story short my girlfriends debt suddenly vanished and the account was paid in full. Moral of the story, if you’re paying monthly, check the balance before and after payment, it’s very easy to lose track of how many £30 payments have gone out. Also the agent was a complete and utter [fill in offensive term]

The worst company going, I told the branch manager I was getting affected by the messages I was receiving on Facebook about my debt and he told me I was lying and that it hasn’t affected me, never ever use this company

I will never use these again my payment date is 7th of each month they reporting it as 25th and are reporting my payments missed maliciously I was a good payer before and they are harassing and don’t help you out at all when your going through hardship what they state on their website is wrong and I will be taking this further

Time wasters bad Management will no borrow from them in the future Poor customer service just lost because of them 300Gbp deposid for my holidey

Would not use this company they are in the dark ages I have 4 loans just found that I've over paid by around £350.00, be very aware

Brilliant company been with these for years and never ever once had a problem with them. Cheapest loans and products you will ever find. Management and agent fantastic. Highly recommended
