They had the exact product I needed. The order was shipped and arrived sooner than I expected. Would recommend this company.

No attention was added to the shipment so this was almost lost in the warehouse when received. Other than that, the shipment was fine.

There is a part that is missing on the sprayer. Is it possible to send a replacement?

Not what I ordered. I ordered Hillman and received DeWalt - not the same screw.

Ordering process had some glitches - took a couple tries to get multiple items on one order. Items arrived a little later than expected (ordered on a Friday night, second day air, didn't arrive until the following Wednesday morning). Equipment matched order and did the job, although one of the pilot bits broke and had to be replaced.

Great product. It’s the real deal. Exactly what I wanted. Well, technically I wanted the 12AH, but no one has them. Great price for all 4 9Ah dewalt batteries. Shipping was super slow, but probably not the store’s fault. I’m very happy and when I can afford 4 more, I will order more. Thank you.

Good company to deal with. Received my order in a week. I only wished they would have sent me a tracking number when they sent it.

Product was good and price was good. But website could use some work. Especially the search engine. For example punching in "drillco a-z drill bit set" will yield over 1500 results with the top results from alternate brand. You have to scroll down the list to find "26PC DRILL BIT SET A-Z" and several others that fit the search. Tip to grow your business: Fire your website manager/contractor and add google search to your website.
Price was good and shipping was fast. Lots of specialty and harder to find items. I would try these guys again but doing business with them can be a bit frustrating. Overall my shopping experience was a "C" grade.
