Both Mitsuka and Jayali were very helpful and supportive throughout the process.

Vishmi and Abishek made the process simple and easy. Purchasing from a family member, I did not want to break the bank with solicitors and went for the online option. I work within estate agency myself and know how painful the process is so really thankful they were able to get this through with minimal fuss or stress.

Great service!
As everyone knows, moving house is stressful enough, but in our case we had to deal with a very difficult chain which put me and my wife under immense pressure. Adheebha and Arqib were fantastic under the intense circumstances with some really unrealistic deadlines and daily threats from the chain below. They done everything in their power to ensure that things were done as quickly as possible and remained extremely calm through some very stressful moments and adapted to situations changing, from exchange dates to completion dates shifting to one day to the next and they just got on with it, while keeping me and my wife as calm as possible. Adheebha would ring me weekly with updates and was extremely patient when I wouldn’t understand something. Arqib was in consistent contact with great advice and with an extremely admirable work ethic.

Positive reviews are surely fake - dreadful
I am certain the positive reviews are fake. They are very hard to understand on the phone, say things are near completion & then weeks later say there’s XYZ outstanding. I chase all the time with no resolution or updates to me or the other parties involved. Sure they answer the phone but it’s impossible to get a straight answer & no one seems to know what they are doing. I am supposed to be finalising a move & it’s impossible to get decent updates. The time this has taken is unacceptable.

Awful - I'm a broker having introduced them to a client and i cannot list the number of failings. This might sound like a 'strop' but 3 different clients all instructed at the same time have faced the same level of incompetence. You MUST NOT use this firm thinking you will have a successful property transaction (or any level of accountabilty or communication).
** UPDATED EDIT - I was asked to provide case details but this has tagged the current case handler, who has only been recently assigned and I can say that Sanuji Ratnayake has proved to a be a very capable and supportive member of the team, working hard to resolve the issues on the specific case I mentioned. This doesnt detract from our experiences previously and currently but if you get Sanuji assigned - rest assured, you're in good hands.

I am extremely disappointed with the purchase process
I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Muve (Connect2Law).
I completed my property purchase over 16 months ago and I am still waiting for the Land Registry to be finalised. This is an unacceptable delay, and throughout this time I have received no clear communication or meaningful updates on the progress of my case. even if ask via email or calls several times.
For such an important legal process, I expected professionalism, transparency, and timely handling. Instead, I have had to chase repeatedly without getting clear answers.
Earlier during the purchase time, they made this process horrible now finally when purchase is done they is no sign of completion after 16 months of wait.
This experience has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this firm.
I am now considering escalating this matter further if it is not resolved urgently.

Awful, no connection to timescale for move and reality. False expectations. Add maybe 2/3 months onto your quoted timescale, expect poor communication and terrible customer service service. I’ve tried to use complaint form and even that doesn’t work. My advice is be wary of false hope
