Awful company! Ordered a UK size 4, and they have sent out a UK size 5.5. Fair enough it's a mistake, but 5 emails later and still zero response
Ordered some ugg slippers and paid £72 for them, the invoice i received said they were from Italy but when they came weeks later they were fakes from turkey!!! They wouldn’t even fit on my daughters feet and the best bit is the name UGG on the elastic strap is upside down... I emailed to say I wanted to return them as they were faulty but surprise surprise no reply! avoid do not order from Muyce, I wish I had read the reviews on trust pilot before ordering from them
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
No customer service and poor quality look a likes
We ended up contacting the credit card who were great in getting our money back.
My mum ordered me a pair of UGG yeah slides from this website thinking that they were authentic as she couldn’t find them in stock anywhere else in the lead up to Christmas. As soon as I opened them I knew they weren’t real. So awful that companies can do this and still be allowed to trade. Disgusting. We don’t know how to go around getting our money back
Fake Goods and do not reply to any emails or return requests. You can kiss your hard earned money goodbye with these rip off merchants.
Seems to be a common thread among people who have used this company, slick website and sell very poor and very cheap fake goods.
Purchased UGG slippers which are clearly fake and probably manufactured in a back street sweat shop. The Company has not responded to many emails about returning and refund.
DO NOT buy from this company.
Along with other contributors, I wish I had read the reviews before buying a pair of what was sold as UGG slippers. These are fake and the Company has not responded to my emails about returning and refund. If I could give a negative star rating I would.
My recommendation is to not buy from this company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! same as others have wrote only wish I had read the reviews beforehand! bought 2 pairs of ugg slippers over £145 as Xmas presents as soon as they came the boxes was battered and the slippers awful read the invoice and it was from Turkey. We knew straight away they was fake!! I have complained via message on site and via email but nothing back .. I will be taking it further , I dont no what good it will do but I honestly dont no how they are getting away with it as it
DO NOT BUY!!!!!!! FAKE TRAINERS AND WRONG SIZE WILL BE TAKING FURTHER AS NO RESPONSE VIA EMAIL OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DISGUSTING
Ordered men’s Nike Huaraches, they came and they was nothing like described. After having many I very soon realized they were definitely fake. No returns so left £95 out of pocket. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Ordered ugg slippers for my Mrs Xmas but they sent me out a pair that looks nothing like the photos, it’s clearly a fake do not use this site also they don’t have a returns policy, don’t waste your money folks. Don’t be fooled by there just under retail price thinking your getting a genuine product at sale price it was a fake
Same thing highlighted by others, selling fake counterfiet goods, I purchased UGG slippers and they sent fake version. Looks like im out of £71 as they dont have return policy - FAKE SHOES / Whatever they sell is counterfiet
They are also known as LEXXESPORT.COM. The name changed on my bank statement, so I googled the name. Same products, same everything. Definitely feel like I’ve been scammed out of €220. Filing a claim with my bank.
As per another user, I am unhappy with the goods provided. I ordered Nike Womens Huraches as they are sold out in the UK. I've had them before so I know what they look & feel like. They did not arrive as per description or photo advertised or like what I've ordered before. I strongly suspect counterfeit and poor counterfeit at that. No paperwork to return. Address on website states a location that Google maps does not recognise when I searched it to make a return. Says they're based in Estonya but debit on card from Turkey. No reply as yet from emails. Paid more for these than I did originals (£88). Applied to bank for refund - card dispute. AVOID.
Thought I was buying UGG slippers for my daughters Xmas present, box came battered, slippers were wrong colour and inside was an invoice from a Turkish company that stated they only cost $10 when I paid £72 for them.
I’ve had no response from my emails or from the customer service on there website. Absolutely disgusting and should not be able to sell anything online.
