Easy buying experience, and fast delivery

I was able to buy what I needed when I was visiting Sydney for 4 days. Thanks to Frank, my package arrived at my hotel in time.

Bought a guitar and it was totally different from its description So it was sent back with the courier they arranged. Frank said he had another one and sent me pics of a damaged guitar so I said no it's ok ill just get a refund. He said ok and I awaited my refund which I didn't receive Now he is saying they sent another out and he wants me to be responsible for a lost guitar that they accidentally sent out. He is refusing to refund us 1000 dollars for their stuff up. Beware of this guy.,
By the way, I'm not the only one being scammed on here. On this page, Nicci tonks was also scammed. his review is further down, please read his story as well. This seller makes out like he is the victim but the story is all the same. He always has an excuse to justify his poor seller experience. But at the end of the day, this is something you have to decide if you want to risk your money on this seller when there are more reputable sellers out there. Buyer Beware!!!!
