Shipping was fast and the prices are good. But they shipped me the regular pedal not the limited edition that i ordered. Since i ordered it with a discount code sending it back and reordering it would make it more expansive.

UPS delivered a ruptured package in a drop off point. I was home on Thursday and Friday when they promised to deliver but didn’t show up.

Delivery is stuck. Made contact with customer service. Had to make a claim with extra document. Now, still no product and no refund or resend.

UPS is a terrible courier to choose. They never deliver my package but always default to a faraway pick-up point that is not open on weekends

Pretty fast delivery
Pretty fast delivery, allthough the carrier did not ring on the door while i was home. I've ordered a bass guitar. Thankfully it was double packed. The outer box was ripped, but the inner box was intact. Package was recieved fast and still in prestine condition.
