If you're a professional or touring musician, I wouldn’t recommend this shop.
This shop is just not professional. Feels more like it's made for hobbyists or housewives than for actual working musicians.
I’m an international artist with a company in Estonia, and I needed to ship an item to Italy. In the EU, that usually means you can make a VAT-exempt order—no problem with other shops. But here, it was a mess.
Customer service (Dávid at Italian part) didn’t try to help at all. Just sent copy-pasted, AI-sounding replies and completely ignored the issue. Honestly, if you're working with artists and creatives, you need to do better than that.
If you're a professional or touring musician, I wouldn’t recommend this shop.
