Beware of Fake Profiles on Muzz…

I recently discovered a troubling issue with the Muzz dating app. A person who is married and have three children, has been using Muzz and falsely presenting himself as a Single. This is incredibly harmful and unethical, not just to the families involved but also to the women who believe they interacting with an honest person.

Don’t use this useless app

Be careful when trying to use this app. When you sign up to become a gold member you’re only limited in messaging one person. Your profile is not boosted automatically, you have to request it then it asks you to pay more money. The filters do not work properly, you set the filters and next you have ppl not in your. Selection available and messaging you. Don’t waste your money on this useless app.

Don't Waste Your Hard Earned Money To…

Don't Waste Your Hard Earned Money To Enrich This Fraudster, try free version only.
A through and through devious company that has a blanket of "Muslim" and "Halal" to cover it. As you can see from other reviews and below, it is as far from Islam as devil.
The whole business plan is based on trickery and lying.
Biggest lie is that it is "free" and that you can "find a match without paying".
I have highlighted it to them THRICE that if they care for islam and talk about "Halal" then they should remove these statements.
For free you can only see other sex's profiles and like them but unless the other party pays, it won't be able to see your profile as the app will automatically blur your details and pics for them. Same holds true if someone likes you.
It will show pop ups of "special rates only for you" when actually those would be the standard rate!
It will tell you that if you buy membership then you will get "free" one a day message when actually it is what you pay for when you buy!!
All filters are available only to paid members except age and area so if you are a free member you are stuck with profiles of unselected members 95% of who are physically educationally financially professionally socially different from you; what a waste of time!
So how have " thousands of members found their soul mate for free" is an enigma that its customer service is never able to explain to me.
Why not be honest and not lie about being "free" when it is not?
The pricing plan is to fleece you for example if you live in country with a relatively less subscription and visit a more expensive country then this app will note your location and automatically shift you to a higher rate for future renewals when you return to your own country! So unless you are willing to pay extortionate new rate, your profile and all saved matches/ liked would be rendered useless. The customer service will never give you a reply as to why your subscription shot up. Mine went from £14 to £70 when I returned to Pakistan after visiting my sister abroad. Customer service refused to give a reason despite approaching them THRICE so I quited the app as only a fool in Pakistan would pay £70 to an app for three months that is used for few minutes a day. As a comparison even in UK one can get 24 hours broadband for this price that is used for many hours every day for this price!
Also it will set your subscription according to your profession, for the same service as everyone else expect to pay 3-4 times more if you are a well paid professional.
In order to claim itself "documented biggest Muslim matching app" it is full of fake profiles that are hurriedly put up with attractive photos!
Also it continues to host profiles of people who have uninstalled this app and it refuses to mention on their profiles if those have been inactive for many months or years. The excuse is "privacy" when really this app even steals your phones IMEI number.
Given that it charges you to send a message to anyone, more fake and outdated profiles mean that you waste your money and time messaging profiles that it knows should no longer be on this app!!!
I indicated to muzz that it was not "halal" earning but to no avail.
If you are lucky only one in three of messages you paid in your subscription will be read and one in ten will be answered.
This means you will have to keep on paying to get connected to some one suitable!
App itself is buggy and every time you load it, the profiles that have liked you or visited you will change remarkably in their folder.
The customer service of this app is a mockery of this term. They have been given a set of answers to give out. They will never help you with a problem e.g fake or outdated profiles or over charge of subscription except telling you that they take your comments very seriously and then pasting a preset reply that bypasses answering the real issue.
Enjoy the app:)

Poor experience felt like a dating app……

Poor experience felt like a dating app…
I tried so hard with a really long bio and paid for boosts to no avail. Here I am a successful career divorced woman but all the men on there are either unhappily married or separated and looking for another partner without being officially divorced! It really is a dating app for people with low morals and time to waste. No one is interested in progressing with a meeting and it appears both genders suffer from BS and false hopes. Lost hope.

The shame of religion...

Good morning,

Muzz and the whole team behind it are the shame of religion. And sold their souls to the devils.

You don't have children, are you a team surrounded by men and women? You sleep well ?

App, filled with fake profiles, divorced and frustrated women, whores, exposed breasts, navels, thongs,...

Feminicide to the core!! That’s not being a Muslim!!

1) - women's side (the right to mask)
- showing naked photos, shocking and it says Muslim!
- does not respond (fake or fun..)

I see that you respond, saying that we are trying to improve. ? Ah well, however, I have pointed out many times from the app, you have been deaf, blind...but GOD sees everything! And as they say at home, What you do, they will do to you, the wheel turns! a team of liars, destroying the true pronciples and precepts of religion..are you living your life well?

You weren't afraid that a misfortune would strike you down? Here is my response, and in the names of all the consumers you have manipulated! Because of your extremely serious weakness, women think badly of men and vice versa!

HASBY ALLAH WA NI3MAL WAKIL! to you!!

rest well now!

Unfair environment.

I am very frustrated with Muzz and its unfair environment. Women have every right to choose not to have their photos displayed. This reflects exploitation only for the sake of collecting subscriptions. Many of the women do not reside in the European Union

Only care about women. So a women can hide their pictures but men can not hide their pictures. There are so many bullies out there. Some people are just not comfortable with showing their pictures. I reported it to the support and this is what they came back with and gave me a boost to make me happy for some reason.

Salaam,
Thank you for your message. My name is Alina and I will be assisting you today.
As a security measure, the option to hide profile photos is currently only available for
women.
We are always experimenting with different elements of Muzz and you will find that our features may vary from one account to another as we experiment. All changes and updates to our features are made at our discretion.
As a thank you for being a valued Muzz member, l've credited your account with a free Profile Boost and Compliment credit.
Please do get in touch if I can help you with anything else.
Thank you.
Alina

What an utter disappointment, clearly there are only women's rights. Men are just waste of time.

No concern for user safety and wellbeing

Muzz doesn’t care about user safety and wellbeing. I reported abusive behaviour and just received automated replies that action has been taken. Then when I ask what the outcome of the report was I got no response. Meanwhile the user I reported is still active on here.

Don’t buy the Gold Subscription anyone…

I use to buy Gold subscription from Muzz quite often and they use to have profile boost for 24 hours and I use to get a lot of matches and it was pretty good back then but now since they started doing these 1 hour profile boost, I don’t get consistent matches and payed £30 for a whole month subscription for what. This is pathetic and I am definitely not going to get the gold subscription anymore unless they choose to actually give customers like myself the ability to get the features for the app of how it was before and make the app worth it for a gold subscription member.

Deceitful

Deceitful, dishonest and a method based on greed for money. First of all, the boost has changed from 24 hours to 1 hour while this is not stated anywhere. You extend your subscription without being informed, so you pay €30 per month, which is essentially a lot of money for very little. They force you to buy a boost in a devious way. A week ago I had a 24 hour boost, I still had 8 hours to go when they suddenly decided to approve my photos for reasons that are very unclear to me, the approval came when the boost ended after 8 hours. Which only indicates a deceptive way of working. By the way, just to be clear, the application has nothing to do with Islam, in fact it is completely contrary to what Allah has definitely asked us to do. Tip: please stay away from this application, it is really not worth the effort.

feminist app

Since I joined the app and even paid a couple of times. I noticed that there was no equality, the app catered and was mainly favourable for women. For example, the blur option is explicitly for women. Also one complaint from a ill intentioned sinister woman can get you banned. Fair enough women encounter problems with men, so do men with women. I chatted to plenty nutters and delusional ones.

The app is run by women and seems feminist in nature. This is getting worse.

When any issue is raised like the blur I get a scripted blanket responses like:
' safety, privacy of the community is important, features vary from account to account etc'

What kind of nonsense is this!

They give you a profile boost,or a instant chat to shut you up or to go away in response.

Basically they do not care about the safety and privacy of MEN. That privilege is only for women! Not equality whatsoever.

Some women do put guys on social media and shame them with thier names and pictures.

Many women will demand a pic on the profile or will not respond whilst not having theirs showing.

I could go on and on. Management of the app is biased in a nutshell.

A lot of unresponsive profiles

The app is littered lot of unresponsive profiles. You waste a lot of time swiping for people who probably haven't logged in in many months. On top of that, there are too many ads telling you to buy a Gold subscription. Needs a lot of improvement.
