I bought the Mathew top recently and omg i love it! The colour is exactly what i was looking for as i was trying to match a skirt. I DM them on on their IG about the sizing and Steph was so helpful she even measured the 8 and 10 for me, i was wondering about the length as i like it longer.
would encouragw everyone to think twice before buying from MVE! I bought four items from MVE and eveything had come but a top to which Stephanie who I had previously enailed with wrote on my receipt that she couldnt find it and that she would get back to me! I have since emailed her four times following up on the top and Stephanie has ignored every single one of my emails. I then checked their website and now this top is sold out! I even noted that she could provide me with a refund if she was unable to find the top! I dont know how you can be okay with stealing money off people! I would never reccomend anyone to ever buy from this brand! I paid for a product and you have not delivered on your end of the deal! I would not recvomend anyone to buy from this boutique!
Terrible customer service - "steph" is a passive aggressive bully. Clothes are also poor quality.
The clothes look nothing like the pictures - they obviously filter there photos, so much that they had a clause in the returns! DONT BUY, dont offer refunds because if they did, the business would go under.
