The worst of the worst
I'll start off by saying that Carlos (the actual plumber that came out) was very nice and really wanted to help, and I felt he was a good guy.) Unfortunately the hydra-jet that he performed did not cure my drain problem. (yet they still charged me and I had to argue to get a refund). Where the "worst of the worst" come in, is the salesman, I won't name him, but Kxxxxx was a wonderful salesman and great fear monger. He really had me going, and I almost took the bait. He was going to charge me $4500 to dig up a 3' section of sewer pipe, and with the understanding that if it was broken further down the line, it was $4500 again and again.
Now the real dishonest part.... he only put his camera in 25' and told me that is as far as he will go because he was worried the camera would get stuck. The plumber I called after I dismissed MVP was "The Sewer Brothers", they came out and without any hesitation, they ran the camera 138' and found that that section of pipe was NOT EVEN THE PROBLEM!!! So all the money I may have paid to MVP would have been "down the drain"? Bad pun, but bad sales people, horribly dishonest sales tactics with all the lies & fear mongering. I a SO GLAD I went elsewhere!
