We have purchased from MWandSolar for several years and have always been very satisfied. They are helpful and knowledgeable.

I am pretty much satisfied with the salesman Shawn he was very understanding of my needs and he never over sell me and advise me to what was good for me as a person new to wind and solar.

The only issue I had was that I called asking for Shawn for info about my delivery and spoke to someone and he said to me that he will look into it and will get back to me but he never did. It was unpleasant but after calling back because I didn’t receive a part and spoke to Shawn once again he was on top of the issue and my part was mailed and received.

Shawn is an amazing asset to your company thank you.

has a wind turbine from this company continuously operating for 6 years, and now the charging controller has been upgraded to newer version, this company can be recommended

Your Missouri general dual PMGs are the best wind turbines I use three of them up at our Grand Canyon 100 Acre cabin and 6800ft elevation we get 100 mph winds and the turbines regularly put out over 1700 plus watts, they are the best I use the raptor 79” three blade sets one of the Missouri general mpg is 12 volt and the other two are 24 volt dual Pmg’s when there done charging my batteries they are keeping my water tanks hot for the shower and sinks for the bathroom & kitchen.. I will only purchase Missouri wind & solar PMGs for our off grid living!. There the only heavy duty severe duty PMGs

They have good brands. Available at store; not just Internet. Not a lot of experience with them, but my dealings with them have been good.

We are novices to solar-powered pond aeration systems, and the crew at MWS has been patient and wonderful to work with to help us achieve the results we were seeking. Whenever we encountered a problem, they took whatever measures necessary to answer our questions, resolve it, etc., and, due to the geographic distance, that sometimes meant sending them photos so they, in turn, could effectively walk us through the steps needed, always in a kind and patient manner. Good customer service is important to any sale. They have both excellent products and excellent customer service.

This is an ongoing project and not up and running but so far.....

Excellent staff when calling in an order staff comfortably answered the questions I had in order to make the correct purchase decision.

Had a problem with a charge controller broken in shipping, called them they took care of it and I had a replacement within 2 days. Great customer service experience.

Nice to know you can still do business with honest people in a US made company. They give you honest one on one service , their products hold up better than advertised, Two wind generators still running after 3 yrs , in extreme conditions out in SW Texas . One is cheapest and other is most expensive they offer . just bought a 3rd 2000 watt to put into operation. All other brands have failed under these hot , extreme wind , hail conditions. Keep up the good products !
