Great Selection of Wines
Okay, so here is my amended review, see below.
My bottle of port arrived today and the recipient is most pleased with it. So I am very happy too. It was well packed and exactly as expected. I will order from MWH again but will check the despatch situation first if buying a gift.

2 stars for having some interesting bottles of port and ease of using their website. But. I had no idea when placing the order that they were moving their warehouse, so delivery would be delayed until September. Now I'm asked to rate the shop, which is cheeky considering I haven't received anything yet. I will amend this review when I finally get my order.

Not the level of service that is to be expected from a fine wine dealer.
Asked for an order to be split out into duty paid and IB - this was "too complicated to change it as the 2003 is already duty paid and I cannot do split deliveries"
Not the customer service that I expect from a fine wine dealer & will be the last (only) time that I do busienss with MWH Wine.

Vintage Port Shipped to San Francisco
I ordered a very special bottle of vintage port for my husband for a milestone birthday. MWH wines did a fabulous job of shipping it from the UK to San Francisco. And they provided tips on how to store and serve it when the special day comes -- after it rests from its long trip, of course. They were wonderful to deal with. Very reliable and prompt and responsive.
