Ordered a jacket, 3 months later no jacket

Ordered a jacket on Dec 1 2022. Item was supposed to arrive before Christmas (it was a gift). Now it's March 1st 2023 and I still don't have the item. Repeated emails and messages to the company get no response. There is no phone number and the company seems to be in China. In checking my order status (through their own website order checking option) my order no longer exists (it was in 'pending' status since I placed the order). No response, no refund, no product. I had to request a chargeback with my credit card company. Don't do business with them!!!
