Please snd my dresses i received a jacket instead of dresses

Ordered bicycle for my grandson for his birthday on June 25,2020. Only got order number and no shipping info still no bicycle.
They will not respond to emails. Now they appear to have been taken off the Website and PayPal, but still have no bicycle and no money back.

What a scam.wish I would've checked here before I ordered out $100 no way to track..sent me a tracking number in Chinese.I will never order from here again.nothing but a scam

I made a purchase on June 17, 2020 for $150. Delivery was $30 which I though was excessive. It is now July 22 and I haven’t received the product or any emails letting me know the product is delayed. I emailed them and waiting to hear back. I will not order from this site & don’t recommend it.

I purchased a bike trailer I found on Dearjohns sight on June 30th I never received my item and it’s July 22nd I put a filing claim in with Paypal and waiting for them to take care of it. The company isn’t even real it’s a scam I went back on the internet looking for the sight and it’s not available. The so called company gave PayPal a fake tracking number that is linked to another person’s packages that was delivered near by my address to show my item was delivered. USPS said it’s fraud and it’s been happening a lot. I tried contacting the company several times with the emails provided for service issues and no response. The company gave a fake order number with no tracking number or delivery date. I’m out of $90 now I hope I can get my money back from PayPal or my bank. Don’t purchase stuff from a sight your not familiar with chances you will be scammed.

fraud! Estate fire pit purchase was fraud. They should be shut down immediately. They cannot prove anything, they claim to ship your item, it never arrives, then they blame the post office. The post office tracks it to an address 7 states away and it was not a fire pit nor addressed to me in utah. This company is nothing more than a Chinese rip off. I tried to give them ample time to be good business partners and they failed miserably. They cannot even take the time to have a customer representative talk with you to resolve any issue, they cannot read or write and every email returned is likely a bot. obviously because there is no resolution when the are stealing your money! Never buy anything from this company, unless you like to give your money to a bunch of lying MF's.

I have ordered hoodies in bulkmm on 29th june and today the date is 22july and i paid the whole amount of the hoodies but i still didnt get my order not even single message from the company....is this the way to treat the customers....i want my money back otherwise i am gonna file a case against this

Shopify is fraud company .i had ordered a smart watch they shown on the ad very attractive watch but delivered a normal watch when i mail to complain not received any response i request to all of you dont order on myshopify site its cheater and fraud

In March 2020, I purchased a raised bed kit from an ad on facebook. By late May it has not shipped so I cancelled my order. They promised the refund would be issued in 5-10 days. It is late July and my refund has not shown up and they are not responding to follow up requests.
UPDATE 8-5-20: no refund yet and no raised bet kit.

I purchased an 2person electric car from facebook ad looked legit but guess it wasn't ,they advertised it as a flash sale of 139.free shipping and I got my receipt and nothing been trying to contact can't get no one and customer service is just as bad ,now I want help either my car or my money back someone help please.Alexis

I ordered the wine barrel table that apparently was actually from a fake company called encounter. I never got it. Im so upset that a supposedly legit myshopify would let this happen especially with covid rampant we are supposed to be kind to one another. I lost $105.00

How to poreses to cancel order any idea ?

I purchased some explosive hooks and some other items from this company in March of this year and still haven't received anything up until this day! They robbed me of my money and merchandise!

I purchased a mask for 24.99 from Scarona through MyShopify and never received. I've emailed multiple times with no response. When air go to their website it is gone as well as my order history. This website is a scam and I will be having to file fraud charges with my bank.

Ordered a coffee maker June 30, still haven't gotten it yet and haven't heard from dearjohns and they won't respond to any text messages and their phone number is out of service, hope I can get my money back

I ordered a series of Disney bags 6/4/2020. They were never delivered and the website is gone. Obviously a fraud ring. Run away!!!

Don’t purchase anything from Jinne Ann, I purchased a bicycle on June 23rd 2020 from their website and as of July 15th 2020 I still haven’t received my item. I have tried numerous times to contact them at the contact address provided on their website, each time I didn’t receive any response. I have tried to contact them through their website which has been removed from the Internet? I have since opened a complaint with PayPal. Save yourself some time, money and aggravation and don’t use this company!

Scam!!! I ordered from floral-live .myshopify.com / and just because of shopify i trusted to purchase from it.
And after few days their website has gone.
I suggest not to trust shopify website.
