Arden Credit scammers

I received an email from ‘Ardentcredit.co.uk’, on behalf on my mobile provider EE. Didn’t engage with them and called EE to dispute. EE confirmed there was no issue with my account, and there is a debt recovery company called Ardent Credit. However their contact details were different. Scammers email - my-drs.co.uk. Phone number - 0151 329 3642. Their email was slick, looked official. Don’t engage with them. Contact the company who they claim to be representing.

These people put a defult on my credit…

These people put a default on my credit file for 6 years. The female advisor was completely arrogant and rude. I have no idea why people are giving these people good reviews. They are a debt company! I paid of my arears in full and early and they still put a defult in my file for 6 years. Despite me keeping contact with them consistantly through the year. I even explained to them that I had to leave my home due to domestic violence and harrassment that has made me very vunlerable and I had to find somewhere safe to stay. I had no choice to leave my home. I even let them know I was behind in priority bills and needed to keep up woth that amd pay that off as quickly as possible too. These people are WICKED!

Amazing experience to deal with this company

Kelly at DRS has been absolutely incredible in helping me through a very difficult situation. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine understanding made the whole process so much easier to deal with. She went above and beyond to offer clear advice and real support without ever needing to go into personal details, and that meant a lot. Kelly is a true asset to the company, and I honestly can’t thank her enough! If anyone needs someone who actually listens and cares, Kelly is the person you want helping you. Thank you so much, Kelly your guidance and understanding made a huge difference. I hope this will reach your managers

Disgusting company who send over 20…

Disgusting company who send over 20 emails and text messages per day. Along with repeated phone calls. People who are in debt are usually going through a difficult time. You make it so much more worse and have zero compassion. Shame on you.

Chasing me for a contract that's not…

Chasing me for a contract that's not mine it's my exes that she's put in my name, not only this but the debt apparently started off as £30, her contract was £10 a month it's now £172 which went up out of nowhere in 1 day significantly and the now owed bill wouldn't even make sense to have £2 on top and if they've not cancelled the countract that's sketch in itself so either DRS are trying to scam me or she's still using the contract and doing something like picture or video messages for it to raise to that much, I've already told EE it's not my SIM I'm in Wales my ex is in England so it would be pretty easy for EE to check call and text logs that it's in England not Wales where I come from, either she's deliberately now trying to run up a bill in my name or they've decided they want to try and scam me for significantly more money than what was originally owed, all I can say is take me to court as it would be pretty easy to find out I don't own the SIM

Abysmal tactics used by this company..

Abysmal tactics used by this company... Despite knowing that they have made a mistake they continue to harass.

There is no way of contacting them unless you complete their online form giving all your details so that they can hound you further. The link for this is sent to you by email.

Despicable behaviour from their staff who seem to think just because they have been asked by someone to collect what they believe is a debt that's all they need to breach important guidelines and regulations to prevent them from behaving like this in the first place.

All in all, they have operated using intimidation and bullying tactics and disregard all legitimate and transparent challenges...

Advice.

Just block them, change your number, etc

They're scammers using an old company, they are not active on Companies House.

Do NOT give them any money.

They're breaking countless laws and regulations.
