I have been trying to contact this company about my Wowcher order and emails are not being answered today is meant to be delivery day I need an estimated time so someone is in to receive goods but no answer from them

ITA: questa recensione in lingua inglese, oltretutto riferitasi a un'altra azienda, è qui per errore, o molto probabilmente di proposito per screditare la nostra azienda, visto che ciò è già accaduto anche in passato. Purtroppo Trustpilot, nonostante le nostre ripetute lamentele e prove fornite, non cancella queste recensioni fasulle, cosa che ci fa valutare seriamente la possibilità di abbandonare questo sistema, al quale non paghiamo l'abbonamento per permettere a chiunque di screditarci in questo modo. My Furniture è aperta a qualsiasi critica dai nostri clienti (potete anche leggere lo storico pregresso di tanti anni ormai, e quando sbagliamo lo ammettiamo e chiediamo scusa e ripariamo subito) però ci dispiace quando in casi così eclatanti Trustpilot non fa nulla. Forse dovremmo recensire anche noi Trustpilot su qualche altro sistema di recensioni :)
