Made an order on the 4th of October, received a parcel in 19 days with no notification about the perspective of such a long delivery. Had to reorder this item in a different shop as needed it in adequate time for my photo project. Emailed with the stuff, but received no information, they just told me to wait and refused to comment my disappointment and didn’t care that I had to reorder my purchase. Now this item is lying on my shelf as I don’t need it anymore. Very “cool” service.

Unfortunately my order didn't arrive. So I contacted the company. Given the postal strikes they asked me to wait. I thought that they acted very reasonably and when it still didn't arrive I was offered a refund but as I wanted the product today I was given a replacement. To make sure it arrives this time I used the tracked delivery option. So Green Heart Store great. Looking forward to using the product when it finally arrives.

Unfortunately the Honey powder I bought was 50% Maltodextrin. On the positive side when I asked they were honest about it and I cannot say that this poor quality product effects any of their other products. My rating may be unfair but I don't think honey powder should be half Maltodextrin.

When I got my package the back was ripped there’s product inside I have taken pictures of how it is but I cannot send it on this website can you please contact me so we can take care of this problem.

I ordered 3 small packets of so called fruit powder at a very expensive price for 25g each. 2 were for my granddaughters birthday to be used in the blender I bought for her. I opened one packet (cherry) and tried it in my smoothie maker i used one heaped teaspoon, it just tasted of water! I added another 2 teaspoons (more than half the packet gone now) and it still tastes of slightly sweetened water that's a watery pink colour.
I will be too embarrassed to give these to my granddaughter, nesquik would be better flavoured! And the cost!!! In my opinion you would need 50g to make a cherry tasting drink and I was only using 350ml of water so it would be a small drink for around a tenner!
I asked the seller what the powder was made from and got no answer. All products come from poland which is hidden in the miniature print, so postage takes around 12-14 days. Very slow service, very bad communication and a very bad product.

I am very happy for my products. Do you sell carrot powder?

The product was better than expectations. Nicely presented and labeled tins. I look forward to experimenting with the different botanicals.

Still not received my products that I ordered now a month ago. Extremely disappointed

Nothing received. Will need to arrange a chargeback with my card company. Beware.

I ordered my 2 tea gift boxes on the 12th December. I received an e mail stating my order had been dispatched on the 14th December. On payment I was advised 3 to 7 working days for delivery. It is January 4th and I still have not received the products which were part of a Christmas gift for my daughter.
