MyOrigines never needed my signature before and never got my parcel delayed before either. I wasn’t informed about the signature being needed. Last time i’ve. ordered something from you. I only make a mistake once. Rubbish performance from you. And I spent a lot of money on this order so I better get my package. You should be ashamed.

Goods were received with the quality expected, including safe wrapping. Cost was fair. Delay in delivery from abroad was communicated, reason being outlined (Borders). Progress was easy to track online. In the end, the delivery date was only pushed back by just a couple days, which was not a problem. Easy to use the site. Very good service to use again.
