Great and very reliable company

The items I order from MyOrigines website are not manufactured by them. However, the reason I order from this company is that they are very reliable and organised. The price of item they anre selling are quite fair. There has never been any delays in deliveries. I always check to see if they have what I am looking for in stock and if not I try other websites. I have great respect for the people who are running this company.

Item advertised wasn't sent

Item advertised wasn't sent. Customer service said it was their suppliers fault but wouldn't do anything about it. Had to do a charge back through my bank. First and last time using them.

Great service

Not the first time I used Myorygines. They have great deals. Rapid dispatching and well informing about status of your parcel. I just like them. Keep up the good work.

Not received items

Not received items. Ordered in the last week of April hoping to get them in time for daughter's birthday.
No refund offered, and I have to wait up to 30 days for the outcome of a case that has been raised with the courier used.
The service is a shambles.

Postage an issue

Beautifully packed parcel. Only issue was the hold up with postage at customs which was not My Origines fault. Otherwise great service .

A great company, delivery is brilliant considering its overseas. Items i have purchased are cheaper than the UK and are legitimate. Everything came well packaged, I will be purchasing from you again 😀

Exceptional experience

First time using Myorigines but it will not be the last! Having had a sample of a perfume that I fell in love with I was distraught to learn it was unavailable to buy in the UK. After some research I found it at Myorigines for a reasonable price and free delivery, despite it being from France. I had it in my hand in 6 days. Excellent communication, tracking, packaging. 10/10. Do not let it being from abroad put you off. I've had an exceptional experience.
