Terrible experience

Terrible experience
Order never arrived.

Customer service is soo, soo bad. They dont even read your email and answer some random stuff that you even didnt ask. If you must orderd from this site pay it threw paypal in ratezahlung because paypal would ask money back for you.

Very long delivery

Good choice and price but the delivery takes forever and is not well indicated on the website. It said 3 working days, so and may 1st on the order confirmation but we are may 11th and I still haven't received it. No customer service help on this except resending the tracking link i already had and no excuses whatsoever. Probably won't order there again.

Order duplicated; customer service refused to engage

Made an order - stated Payment Failed. I assumed I'd likely entered my payment info incorrectly. As such, I made a second order, which was successful and said "In Progress". Only then, I checked my order information, and the first order then suddenly showed up as "In Progress". So a duplicate order, charged twice.

Contacted customer support on several occasions over a span of two weeks to try and get one of the two orders cancelled, but was ignored or told I'd be contacted "within a few hours" and was not.

This morning I received a marketing email from MyOrigines too. They presumably don't know that under the GDPR, marketing emails can only be sent on an opt-in basis.

Very poor experience and having to resort to a credit card chargeback.

EDIT: MyOrigines have invited me to contact their customer services again, like I haven't done this a ridiculous amount of times already. No, you had your chance. I've disputed the charge. Other people have complained about the exact same issue.

Please avoid this company i have paid…

Please avoid this company i have paid an ordered a parfume few weeks ago it never arrived! It has never been dispatched even! Their customer service is ignoring my emails. I will make further complaints until I get an answer back!

Easy to order, no delivery problems

Easy to order, despite my worry that I'd get stuck paying a customs fee. The products I ordered were my favourite while living in the EU and this site was cheaper than buying them in the UK or even bringing them back from my most recent trip.
