They are taking a small fee ( 1 Euro in my case) during check- in process and after that without obviouse clear notification and permission from you are taking money from your accoun until you cach them ( in my case 3 Times 79 Euros !!).

Total Scam, I just had a 79 euros charge on my bank account. Apparently I 'signed up' for a subscription as part of paying 0.79 euros a week ago to get my flight ticket issues (which was dodgy to start with but that was the only way to have my ticket issued). They are now refusing to refund me the 79 euros. Also, shame in the airline company (Volotea) and the booking website (gotogate) that redirected me to their 0.79 euros service.

I subscribed for automatic check in for 0,79 euro , no automatic check-in happened , instead they charged me 79 euro for non existing services , so I had to block my card in order to prevent further loss. This is a scam to cheat people doing online check in .

Tried to charge 79 Euro, but luckily were blocked be the credit card company. The rating is flawed. SCAM!!

They scamed 79 euros for no reason and they won't bring me back,u don't see any subscription details, don't use this company

This place is a scam!! At first they say you'll only need to pay €0.79. Then 3 days later it will charge you €79, without telling you. So please if they suggest to pay €0.79 don't do it. This place is a SCAM.
I'm telling you all of the 5 stars are bots or something because it is a scamming place go search google or chatgpt about 'my travel pro €79 scam' before doing anything.
What appeared to be a simple, low-cost travel service turned into an unexpected €79 charge without any clear or obvious consent to a subscription. There was no transparent indication that I was signing up for a recurring payment — only after being charged did I realize what had happened.
This kind of setup feels intentionally deceptive. Customers should never have to dig through hidden terms or fine print to avoid being charged such a significant amount.
I contacted their support team immediately. While they were quick to cancel the subscription, they refused to issue a refund, claiming it was “outside the free trial period.” This is unacceptable given how unclear the subscription process was in the first place.
It’s extremely frustrating to be charged for something you never knowingly agreed to, and even more frustrating to see a company hide behind technicalities instead of taking responsibility.
I strongly advise others to be very careful when using this service. What looks cheap at first can end up costing you far more than expected.
Very disappointing experience

SCAM ! When 24% of the people giving an evaluation says it's a scam, it's because it is... like lots of other here, I realised they took 3 paiements of 75 EUR, wich is close to 400 CAD in total for me, for a service subscription I never needed and never used. It seems I had to use it once for 1 EUR (1,70 CAD) for a check in for a plane, that's it. credit card company won,t give me back the money, but they have a name for those companies who use subscription scam schemes... get away from My Pro Travel, if you ever realise you're in before it's too late.

This company is a scam. My 84yo mother was tricked into a subscription which she never understood nor agreed to and has been charged EUR238 over a 9 month period. Extremely dodgy online operation. Should be shut down.

SCAM, they tried to charge me $79 without informing me, resulting in my card getting blocked. DO NOT USE, and shame on British Airways for sending me to them.

Total scam. Same as others; debited 0.79, not sure what for, then 79 euros 3 days later. Owners should have their nuts cut off. Disgraceful way to make money. As for Emma....

SCAM !! I am a victim of a scam/fraud from this company that charged me 79 euro for to get a single bording pass and never informed me they put me in a subscription that could cost me this 79 euro every month and since then they refused to refund me. They promised me 50% refund but obviously they never send me back any money. A COMPLETE RIP OFF / SCAM / FRAUD

Process Too long if you are charging people to check in. Should be more streamlined and easier

I noticed two charges from myprotravel.com that I did not knowingly authorise.
On 16 March 2026 0.79 euros was taken from my account followed by a further 79 euros charge on 19 March 2026.
I have never knowingly signed up to any subscription or service with this company and received no confirmation email, invoice, or clear terms outlining any agreement. There was no transparent information indicating that I was agreeing to an ongoing payment.
This patter of a small initial charge followed by a much larger amount 3 days later is concerning and lacks clear and informed consent.
I have contacted the company requesting a full refund of both charges as not received any kind of service from them.
At the time of writing, this matter has also been raised with my payment provider.
If this is intended to be a subscription service, the lack of clear disclosure and confirmation is not acceptable.
I would strongly advise others to check their statements carefully if they have entered card details anywhere.
If the company asserts that any agreement exists, I dispute that entirely. Without prejudice, I would also exercise my right to cancel within the 14-day, cooling off period due to the absence of clear, transparent and informed consent.
