Used this company for several years and always been great. recently i updated my HDD and tried to activate one bit of software from them and got an error, so subitted an emergency ticket at 20 Feb 2021 12:47 PM and 19 hrs latter, still not reply.
i even purchase another one of their products at 20 Feb 2021 09:59 PM and they state 'Software products are sent via email instantly after we receive your payment along with a serial number to allow you to activate the full product.' so 12 hrs later an no activation code an no reply to my ticket about this.
