Nach mehrmaligem Anrufen (KOSTENPFLICHTIG) wurde mir mitgeteilt, das die restlichen Hoddies erst Ende März lieferbar sind.
Gebeten um retourenlabel, und Gutschrift des Versands. Darauf wurde nur gesagt, sie haben die Ware bekommen, und deshalb wird keine Gutschrift für den Versand zu mir gutgeschrieben, und ein retourenlabel gibt es nicht.

Ein Ware geliefert bekommen, die gar nicht bestellt hatte. Erst erhält man keine Antwort auf die Anfragen und jetzt will der Händler die Bezahlung, anstelle einer Retoure.
