The prices I discovered for travel were…

The prices I discovered for travel were fantastic for me. Sometimes, I paid extra to change my flight options, but it didn't work because the airline didn't recognise my trip online; even after the flight was cancelled, they didn't reimburse me or provide me with the choice of another flight ticket.

Went online to renew an eTA with what I…

Went online to renew an eTA with what I believed to be the genuine Canadian Government site. Renewal actually costs $7can. Many weeks later, I received my Visa bill on which I was charged £91 sterling. I had never heard of My Travel Planner. No emails and no docs. Finally managed to ‘chat’ with MyTravel Planner who have declined my request for refund. Scam ? You decide !!! Jim M 18th Nov 2022.

All I wanted was an ETA for travelling…

All I wanted was an ETA for travelling to Canada, a $7 document. I went to this site in good faith believing that's what I would be charged as I had already organised my flights, transfers and hotel.
I was shocked to see that I had been charged $99 plus a non sterling transaction fee, to cover the benefits that were on offer, i.e. absolutely none!
Stay well clear of this bunch of scammers.

The great canadian rip off. …

Rip off firm fronting as the Canadian government eta. Dont go near it. 99 dollars for a 7 dollar travel authorisation and they also sign you up for a monthly subscription of 99 dollars. This company should be taken to court for fraud.

SCAM

SCAM: None of these reviews can be genuine. Charging $99 to take your details and fill in a Canadian ETA that can be done directly for $7. No service, just post box for pressing send. Company registered to address in Paris (check companies house) with virtual office in London. Stay well clear.
