Beyond terrible sports coverage. Overpriced for what they provide and the level of punditry is biased and overdone.

NB: BUT I MUST SAY THAT I HAD TO LEAVE THEIR PARTNER " EE " AS THEY ARE THE WORST MOBILE SERVICE IN THE UK BY FAR...

BT sport is a joke. Tonight, May 6th 2025, I was looking forward to watching Inter Milan v Barcelona in the Champions League semi final as this is what I pay my £23.00 subscription for. I switch on my BT box and search the listings but I don't see it listed so I search elsewhere only to find BT have sold out to Amazon Prime. The value for money is now 0%. I am now sat watching Partick Thistle v Ayr on BBC Scotland.

Same sh*t show. PSG v Bayern Munich sold out to Amazon Prime, I watched Southampton v Ipswich. I'm paying £70 per month now for sport and broadband and still have almost another 12 months to pay. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH EE/BT SPORT.

I Paid a lot of money to watch British games in champions league and all seem to be on Amazon prime and no reduction in price, last straw, I like many others will cancel my subscription after many years.

Poor value for money. Long term customer and offered no offers to stay. Poor business

Absolutely couldn't be better,
Not only did he repair our TV and get the sports channel working again…. .he was incredibly helpful.
We are both in our late 70’s and technically inept.
He…explaining step by step what procedures he was making to repair our sports
Channel and had it back in working order in no time.

Signed up to watch the rugby but the app repeatedly won't let me log in! The worst experience as their help desk then says 30min so the game will be mostly over....just a joke!

This account was for an old address in which was cancelled when I moved out in Jan 2023,
They then tried to charge me an additional £58.25p and unbeknown to me sending a bill to that address, I showed them proof I had moved out and even changed the sky tv which is also dated at new address in Jan 2023, they then issued a default on my credit file for a bill I knew nothing about , Please Do Not Get BT Sport in will cause you no end of problems , I’m now have to go through the courts against a big company to prove how unprofessional they are and trust me they will pay my costs and more, it has to stop happening.they sold the debt to a company called Lowell who have been helpful and told BT on numerous occasions who have done NOTHING to help.

I could not get to watch TNT Sports Football on Discovery remotely and called BT Sports to resolve.
Over two days Rachel diligently went through everything and sought help from back office support. Called me on Saturday as that was when the next footie match was on.
Now all resolved and appreciated the time and effort Rachel put in.

What utter garbage this iste is comared with Sky to which I also subscribe. Took me literally 5 minutes to find the football. They used to list the channels, but no longer. I'd scrap it if it were not for the european games

I've been a long-standing BT Sport customer for many years and find the service infuriating. The content is good, but there are two major problems which are incredibly frustrating. First, the editorial of web and app content is an inconsistent mess. Some weeks you will find the event replay you want on the website only, another week it will be on the BT Player only, another week it will only be on the mobile app, etc etc. You get the picture. And, it will never be in the same place: Sometimes it will be in spoiler free, sometimes it will not so inevitably you often end up with spoilers. But, basically you have to go hunting round for the event you want through three different platforms sometimes I don't know why they make it so damn difficult to find content, because it's never where you think it will be.
Secondly. All platforms are incredibly buggy and prone to faults and crashing. It doesn't matter if you use PC, Laptop, mobile, tablet, if you use this browser or that. The content is CONSTANTLY crashing or sometimes, like tonight (UFC Sterling Vs O'malley even replay) it simply won't play at all (it's not on the website at all , only on BT Player. Why? It doesn't really matter since the player crashes or just won't play it anyway).
If you have to use BT Sport because it's your only way to view a particular sport then fair enough. But, if you have any other option then to save your sanity watch it else where with another broadcaster/provider.

Rip off. £30 pcm and there is little UK sport (especially football) to watch. It is very hard to cancel too!! Ignore "cancel anytime" as you can't. When you try, you discover there is a 30 day notice required (ie. a £30 penalty). Half the time, the service isn't working. Can't wait to escape and shop elsewhere to watch football.

UPDATE: Spent 95 minutes trying to resolve an issue. I then just gave up trying. I'll just need to cancel (if I can).

The most disgustingly biased commentary I’ve ever heard. This commentator RMA v Chelsea is a complete Chelsea Hater. I pay a lot of money to watch this channel & don’t need this northern clown spewing this crap.

total con artists sold a tv package that is simply digital terrestrial freeview tv plus bt sport streamed. however customer services never checked what channels i could receive (none) (i didnt have a terrestrial aerial or free view digital signal where i live) everyone here has a sky dish and has had one for years assumed bt tv would all be streamed channels, just introduced broadband in area. should be fined by ofcom for miss selling bearing in mind there is no cooling off period as they claim you have immediate access to there streaming services . the coup de grace was having to return the set top box or get charged for it, would have preferred to have returned it after they had done a freeview postcode check. to sum up this is an iptv system with only bt sports with everything else subscription for 2 years avoid!

Expensive on pay monthly at £25 pounds they don’t show much premier league football just random games here and there. Champion league is saving them but for £25 a month it’s expensive as it’s not on much. I think you should do a yearly deal at a big discount price. I won’t be paying anymore.

This has to be the worst app ever!! Even though I pay a significant amount each month the app format is garbage. I set the app to Spoiler free so I can watch UFC without seeing the results of the fights. However, instead of allowing customers to select and watch individual fights you post clips on the Spoiler Free section such as 'Masvidal retires'. Absolutely disgusted with this service. I'd love to cancel it but its the only way to watch UFC.

I would avoid!! Awful customer service!! Cancelled contract gave a months notice and most of the month my son could not watch it as we did not have a subscription even though I was told we could watch it till end of March!!
Would give zero stars if I could!!!

very expensive and not worth it, the price of over £25 (sneakily add fees to, watch out!) a month for average at best tv presenters and experts along with their customer service been non existent, surprising people pay it, hopefully they will lose out to the big networks sniffing around the premier league

Once again BT Sport on Sky messes up WRC coverage! First recording got darts! The second recording only got the last 10 minutes of the program! Save your money use Red Bull TV instead, you get what you want to see.

Constantly buffers. Totally ruins viewing experience. Never have an issue with sky or amazon sports. My connection is 150mb. Please sort BT
