The minute I realized this was a subscription and not a free app I sent an email telling them I did not want the service and to cancel any subscription.. it originally stated free app. I emailed the very minute I seen it was not ! I have all the emails to prove this ! I than open my bank account to see the charge of 49.99 and than I was told they do not give refunds ! I will be calling my bank now that I know I am not the only one who has been ripped off by this company

I have informed the company with proof of cancellation numerous times and the reply is I have no right to a refund !!!
They are now ignoring my messages ..
they owe me 7 months subscription payment @ £29.50 pm

I came for the red wine and stayed for the hummus. 10/10, would snack like a Greek grandma again.

The meal plan was satisfactory, but I decided to cancel my subscription, which I did through the Help Centre. Despite this, the following month, a payment was still taken from my account. I have emailed and messaged them multiple times, but I keep receiving automated responses stating they will reply within 48 hours. However, I am still waiting for a response. If I don’t hear back soon, I will contact my bank to report the charge as fraudulent, as I have proof that I cancelled the subscription.

The billing situation is ridiculous when you want to cancel and need a refund after months of emails and providing documentation they still didn’t get it and they refuse to refund me for the months. Terrible customer service just another diet racket to make money.

The Mediterranean Diet has changed everything for me. I’ve lost 16 pounds, but I’ve also gained so much more energy and confidence. I finally feel like I’m taking care of myself in the best way possible.

I didn’t think I could enjoy food and still lose weight, but this program proved me wrong. I’ve lost 20 pounds and feel more energetic and happy than I have in years. The Mediterranean Diet is amazing.

I find it weird that when I check a company on trust pilot it should give me an idea of safety to see if it’s a scam or not. I went through all of the reviews for this company and only people from Germany (DE) give 5/5 stars and they only left 1 review for this company… the rest of reviewers mostly from UK and US are giving 1 star and the business is simply telling them that it is not them but another Mediterranean diet plan.
It’s just too fishy as I was about to purchase the plan and after reading ‘fake’ reviews I will give this a miss.

Readers… be aware and do your research.

Not a fan. I was hopeful that this app would be a simple to use app, but unfortunately it looks like another app designed to take your money and make the experience just hard enough you give up due to the program issues. Or pay more to "fix them". The meals occasionally are missing calorie amounts, you do not get volumes for the recipes, just the base ingredients. And if you want to try and switch out recipes, you have to scroll through ALL of them to find the one you are looking for. No search function. So be ready to make 50+make a week for just you if you don't want to scroll for 2 hours to make left over days.

In addition, there are obvious grammar issues and misspellings which makes me think this is either AI guided or they do not proof read...I asked for my money back after paying to see how it works beyond the pay wall and they gave some excuse about it being in the terms and services that they will never do that. BUYER BEWARE. - extremely disappointed customer.

I can't get rid of it! Charged for something that has ended up to be a scam and all tries to contact them have failed. Any ideas? Please help!

Had it for 1 day and it was hard to find recipes that would suit for a busy life style and that I liked!
I asked politely to cancel and refund my first subscription based on this and they refused! If you can’t provide a service the customer needs, they should be refunded, even if it’s a part refund,

Only giving 1 because I can’t give zero, DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS APP, trying to cancel the subscription is a nightmare, I’ve now had 2 payments go out even though I’ve tried to cancel my subscription

I initially thought some of the recipes looked good but upon further investigation found indiscrepancies with measurements.
The idea is great but can the company deliver? I don't altogether think so.
I also feel there's a bit of a scam going on here. So beware before parting with any money.
Fortunately I only signed up for a month but put a stop to recurring payments easily through PayPal and notified the company immediately. They were prompt and pleasant with their response and also stopped further payment. I believe the company operate from Poland but not entirely sure.

My bank account was used by someone else to purchase a subscription, and I disputed this by opening a support ticket, informing them I don't know who used my account, but I did not purchase or sign up for this, and asked for a refund and the subscription cancelled. The response from their team said: “as per the terms and conditions agreed upon registration the right to a refund is waived.” But I had just stated I did NOT register or agree to any terms or conditions. I will be disputing this charge with my bank and reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. This is unprofessional and bad business ethics.

Some recipes have incorrect amounts of ingredients, try 2TSP of nutmeg in porridge, ugh! Also unable to download/save recipes from the app/website.

SCAM APP: I recently had a heart attack and my good intentions to make lifestyle changes that would include a heart-healthy Mediterranean diet plan, were rewarded with scammers offering an app that promises the world but delivers a clever con, wrapped up in Ts&Cs. All to swindle you into making a subscription payment for meal plans and recipes with all the bells and whistles, then expertly delivered with a healthy side of BS. You won't ever get a refund and the food guidance is made to look quite flashy, but offers erratic calorie counts and bizarre recipes that could very well cause further health risks to the uninitiated. Don't do it. It's a scam that exploits the vulnerable. It's disgusting and they should be ashamed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is such a scam. I realized within the first few seconds I did not want this, but in order to ask for a refund (which is covered under the 14 day refund) you need to connect with their customer support. The only way to connect to customer support is by going into the site. Once you are in the site you have negated the 14-day refund. It is a scam which makes it impossible to obtain a refund. DON'T GET SCAMMED! AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS!
