Mostly a scam

Mostly a scam! They send you to a website where the prices look good when they sell you the vouchers! However you book through another website where the prices are significantly higher! They sell you multiple cruise vouchers so it feel obliged!

Skip their rubbish offer and get deals from from the cruise companies direct

Don't waste your time or money

They take your money without making everything clear. Watch out they also trade as Our Vacation Centre Pty Ltd . So we booked a cruise for 4th Jan 2026, total package $7074. We were asked to pay a deposit of $1650. We then got the invoice and had been charged $78 booking fee per cabin, was surprised but understand that mistakes happen so left it.

Then 2 days later we added 1 room with drinks package. They asked that we pay it so I paid an extra $1314.30, including credit fee.

Other family needed to cancel so we cancelled the whole trip on the 26th March.

They advise us that we would charge a $1100 cancellation fee. I questioned this and they said it was their terms. I read their terms and it states a fee of up to 100% of the booking fee may be charged. So $78 x2 x2 is $312 not $1100.

We had some back and forth and they never listen and their standard response is, 7 days to respond.

So today after 58 days I finally got my refund of $273.03, so they kept $1264, not $1100 as originally told. I also got the drinks package back less credit card fees. What a joke 82.5% of my deposit kept.

I will never use them again. I would even question if they are in financial trouble. They make things up, don't disclose everything and what they do disclose they change.

The biggest disappointment is I only used them because of Karma. To Karmas credit they did reach out but couldn't do anything. What's more disappointing is Karma are shareholders in the business.
