I don't think I have cancelled this but don't know what it is??

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!
Taken money out my account. Apparently signed up to something when I hadn't. Bunch of FRAUDS!!! Tried claiming money back, Customer service is POOR!! Saying email address is invalid AND asking for card details to get it back!! I don't think so!!!

FRAUDSTERS!! NEED TO BE BLOCKED 🚫

Like everyone else says, this is a scam or fraud. If you see this on you bank account call the bank at once!

As all reviews state, my24help.com is fraudulent. I paid £24.99 for nothing. They refuse to reimburse and should be stopped. I wonder why they are based in Nicosia Cyprus. Avoid at all costs.

This company is committing fraud. It is not legitimate and setups payments from accounts without the account holders knowledge or approval.

My daughter's debit card was also victim of this fraud, I sent the information to the bank and other internet vendors but I see the website still online, is incredible how poorly the defence against fraudsters is in 2025!

Total scammers in Malta took €39.99 on a 'virtual card number' associated with my bank card. Contacted my bank frozen my card will be in dispute however went to their website and cancelled a subscription for what I do not know using last 4 digits of virtual card number and email. How they can do that beyond me. Hopefully it will be all ok

Why have I been charged £29.98 for I enquired into it can you please refund me as Ime a pensioner of 73 I cannot afford this being taken our my bank please help me

Total Scammers - BEWARE and check your credit card statements. They have taken 2x £29.99 payments from my account and I have requested a refund. My bank is about to seek recourse for the payments and has totally blocked them. The bank said that they probably accessed my details via Compare The Market's advert for free drinks - DO NOT click on this advert. If you have please raise a dispute via your bank

Oh my god, they took €39.99 from my account saying that I authorised this and I didn't. Revolut are unable to get me a refund so hope nobody else gets caught by this crowd of fraudsters. I have emailed several times and got no reply. I don't even know who or what they gave me from my €39.99. I have reported this to the Garda in Ireland and they are looking into this as it is a large organisation for frauded.

Signed me up without my knowledge and taken two amounts of £29.99 in January. I wrote an email explaining that I’m an old age pensioner and requested an explanation and a refund. They replied saying they had unsubscribed me. No explanation or refund!

I caught them first time round and reported them to my bank who blocked them and now they are back for a second attempt. Fortunately the banks fraud branch were quicker than them but it looks like it is going to be a change of all cards.

Scam - tried to charge £29.99 to my credit card, thankfully bank caught it as potential fraud. Now have to get new credit card.

This company deducted 2 amounts from my bank account . I dont recall setting any transaction up My bank have put a stop on further transactions . They advised me to email the company and request a refund . I have done . Awaiting contact from them now. Reading reviews I don't feel confident. Why do trust pilot give 2 stars . Don't see any reviews with more than one ?

Never heard of them till they took 14.99 out of my bank account via my card( bank have stopped my card and now have new account number as well).How they got my card numbers I don't know!!

I have experienced the same thing as others. Have no clue what this company is about. Have tried to take money out of my account but bank got on to it. Cannot believe it. My account has yet again been targeted. Have only had my new cash card a couple of weeks.🤬😡🤬

Scam theu steal money from our account we had to get all our accounts and cards closed so now we have to fight to get money back talked to our Bank this is from Denmark so alert all you know
We don’t know who or what they are and I’m furious and they answer our mails we send their support so next step Police will be contacted

Total scam. Never heard of them or had any contact with them but they keep trying to hack in to my account and take money for a non-existent subscription service. Steer well clear!

company is a scan I got charged £40 for nothing no clue who they are .
They are continuing to try to take money from my account
