Below average service - would not recommend
This company was recommended to me by members of a business forum however the service was poor from the outset.
I was advised before signing up that using Sage would not be an issue however it became very apparent that they were not regular uses of Sage and unlike with previous accountants where I would simply email a copy of my backup, we had to spend weeks trying to print a variety of different reports.
We were also blighted by numerous email issues.
There were no draft accounts so errors that were identified could not be resolved resulting in even bigger errors.
Service was cheap and I guess you get what you paid for. Was hugely disappointed to get no assistance afterwards either.
After just two annual returns I found a local accountant.

Absolutely terrible service and hidden…
Absolutely terrible service and hidden charges which are not apparent when signing up.
Furthermore, when you leave this accountant due to the poor customer service and hidden charges, she will blacken your name to your next account! I have read what she said about me to my new account and it is disgraceful!!
My advice: stay away and find a local accountant.
