MYADAM.CA FOREIGN THIEVES IN CANADA
MYADAM.CA ARE THIEVES. It all seemed too good to be true, and it was. I was robbed my pay and left in debt by this foreign company.
I am a Canadian painter that was hired by MyAdam.ca through an online registration process. The agreement was they find the customers, they would contact me as a painter and if I took the job I would go to the customer’s location and complete the work. The pay agreement was also straight forward, they would collect payment from the customer take 27% and I would receive 73% of the invoiced amount directly deposited to my account. No other fees.
Wrong, they start you on one job and on completion they delay payment, stating a pay period. They encourage painters to take more jobs during them waiting to be paid, stating this will make payment come consistent. I completed two jobs successfully and started the third which was a church. Now having calculated the earning everything would be covered, but now with a maxed-out credit card I need to be paid. Then the BS starts! Administrative changes and then no one answers the calls or return any messages left by email, text or verbally. Shortly after I received an invoice for service fees, which was not part of our agreement. So I called but again no answer, I emailed but no reply, I left messages but no return calls. I received an email saying money is coming soon. Then two day later I received another email with an service invoice and a third. I kept call and emailing but still no answer.

I then started really examining the paper work realizing this is not a local Canadian company but a foreign, crocks infiltrating the local economy. They are using MyAdam name but have no affiliation. They are simply Czech Republic thieves taking advantage local Canadian painter hard work. The are operating in Canada illegally and there is no one to report them. SUPPORT LOCAL PAINTER INSTEAD!
